Senshi University: characters

Princess Small Lady Serenity
Sailor Chibi Moon

General Information

Alias: Aurae

Civilian Information

Name: Princess Small Lady Serenity; Tsukino Usagi--usually called Chibiusa. ("Rabbit of the Moon"; "Small Rabbit")
Gender: Female.
Birth Date, Zodiac Sign, and Age: June 30th, 2055; Cancer; 1436, but appears to be fourteen
Blood Type: O
Favourite Colour: Cherry-red and ros-pink
Favourite Food: Vanilla pudding
Least Favourite Food: Carrots
Dream: She still wants to become a lady; she feels like she isn't getting any closer to that goal...

Grade Level: Seventh grade. Although Chibiusa has already progressed through seventh grade and far, far beyond during her 1436 years of life, she is in seventh grade for appearance reasons, and because, despite her age, she feels like a fourteen-year-old, and wants to spend time with others her own "age."
Favourite Class: Art Class--Chibiusa loves painting and drawing, and she isn't too bad at it, either.
Least Favourite Class: Japanese--she can't stand it. Chibiusa sees no point in taking the class; she speaks Japanese, doesn't she?

Height: 4'11"
Weight: 109.8lbs
Build: Chibiusa, despite all her years, is still rather childish in appearance. She seems to age one "year" for every passing hundred. Her chest is very slight, as is her waist, and she would be mistaken for younger than she is if it wasn't for her status as Princess. She isn't overweight, but she isn't skinny--she eats far too many sweets for that.
Skin Colour: Chibiusa's skin is a cheery, healthy shade of peach.
Eye Colour: Her eyes are a brilliant crimson.
Hair Colour: Her hair is a bright, sugary cotton-candy pink.
Hairstyle: Chibiusa still wears her now extremely long hair up in her childhood style--two high pigtails, topped with teardrop-shaped odango. Her bangs are neatly trimmed and parted down the center, and they curl around the mark on her forehead. Her pigtails are fluffy and full of body--quite unlike her mother's pigtails were at Chibiusa's age--and they instead look like longer, tapering versions of Chibiusa's buoyant childhood pigtails. The pigtails just reach her waist. A curl of hair falls just before each ear.
Additional Notes: Glittering in the center of her forehead, framed by her bangs, is a metallic golden crescent-moon mark: the symbol of the royal moon family.
Attire: Chibiusa is usually seen in the Senshi University seifuku, or else one of many formal dresses. As the Princess of Crystal Tokyo, she is expected to keep up a public image, and doesn't even own casual clothing anymore, an issue that is a bit of a sore spot with the girl.

Personality: Chibiusa is generally a bright, cheerful girl, especially as of late. Peace has reigned for many years and she has spent her time in comfort and luxury as the heir to the throne of the known universe, surrounded by her friends and loved ones. She has a very optimistic outlook on life, and is very bouncy and happy-go-lucky. She believes that the world is wonderful and she is lucky to be a part of it. People find Chibiusa's personality addictive and most love her company.
Chibiusa is very open around everyone. She is just as cheerful and kind to the random citizen she encounters outside of the palace as she is to her family and the senshi, who are like family to her, or her friends and companions, the Amazones Quartetto. She seems to be never in a bad mood, and is always willing to do anything to cheer up or cheer on anyone else. She can be extremely silly at times, and is a very stubborn girl, but she does everything with a smile.
As there has not been evil in Crystal Tokyo for so long, Chibiusa instead finds time to simply enjoy life, reveling in the way things are at least at the moment. She knows that peace cannot last forever, but she hopes it can last long enough for everyone to live in harmony. At night, when she stares out across the skyline and into the beautiful crystal city, Chibiusa makes a wish that all of the denizens of Crystal Tokyo are just as happy as she is, and that they know how lucky they are to live in such a prosperous time.
Chibiusa is not all smiles and sugar, however, but she doesn't like telling other people when she is feeling slightly down, and does everything in her power to maintain her cheerful exterior. Sometimes she finds herself wishing she had more friends, for even though all of the senshi are her friends, she wishes she could have friends as those she had in the twentieth century--friends who are her friend simply because of her personality, not because of her powers or prestige. Occasionally she is disheartened by the fact that she rarely gets to spend real time with her mother, for Neo-Queen Serenity is nearly always off on some trip or in a meeting, governing the known world as best she can. And sometimes, Chibiusa thinks of Helios.
It has been a very long time since she has last seen the priest of Elysion, and she misses him deeply. He is busy with duties, just as her mother is, and cannot leave Elysion to spend time with her. Chibiusa feels deeply for the one who called her "Maiden," and she wishes she could become a maiden worthy of him. He is extremely special to her, and she finds herself thinking of him quite often, but of course she cannot see him; they are worlds apart.
She chides herself for being not completely happy, especially at an idyllic time such as the one she lives in now, and tries to push those kinds of thoughts from her mind. Chibiusa is not one to talk about anything on her mind, even though she always tries to do everything she possibly can for everyone else.
Even though the Dark Moon is gone, Chibiusa finds that she is still frightened of mirrors at night and won't even dare attend a circus. She knows that there has been not even a hint of evil in so many years, but she remembers the battles from before and worries that they will occur again. She doesn't want the people of Crystal Tokyo, the people who have known peace their entire lives, to be exposed to anything unpleasant and evil.
Chibiusa has high hopes for Senshi University. Although she has her guardians, the Amazones Quartetto, she still worries and wonders occasionally what will be done if the peace has to come to an end. With this school specifically for senshi, she feels that everything will fall into place and the world will have appropriate protection in the years to come. Even if the senshi are never needed, they will be there. Just in case. Because that is what senshi do.

Family: Neo-Queen Serenity [age unmentioned] Queen of Crystal Tokyo and the Known Universe - Chibiusa loves and idolizes her mother, who has always represented to her what a true "lady" should be. She only wishes she could spend more time with her mother, but being the Queen of the Known Universe is time-consuming.
King Endymion [age unmentioned] King of Crystal Tokyo and the Known Universe - Chibiusa dearly loves her father; he is the perfect man in her opinion, and no-one could ever compare. She is very much a "daddy's girl." She feels lucky that she at least gets to spend more time with her father than she does with her mother, because apparently being King in a matriarch doesn't really amount to much work on your end.
History: Chibiusa is the first-born daughter of Neo-Queen Serenity and King Endymion, the rulers of the known world, and heir to the throne. Her early childhood (all nine-hundred years of it) was relatively uneventful, at least for a princess.
She was born on June 30th, as were her mother and grandmother before her, and was named Usagi in that same fashion. Her mother and father adored her, as did the sailor senshi that served and protected the royal monarchs, and the baby Princess Small Lady Serenity grew up in a world where she was a dear treasure. She soon formed a tight bond with the rather reclusive Sailor Pluto when she wandered into the Door of Time-Space despite her mother's protests. Sailor Pluto was a cherished friend and mentor during the Princess's early childhood, and she will never forget the green-haired woman that loved her so much.
Princess Small Lady Serenity, often called Small Lady when she was young, knew that her mother loved her, but because Neo-Queen Serenity was almost always busy and couldn't spend time with her daughter, the small Princess soon began to wonder exactly how much her mother loved her. When Small Lady overheard a conversation expressing worry in the fact that she hadn't aged and possessed no powers like that of her mother or father she didn't say anything, but quietly understood. Obviously she wasn't loved because she was inferior.
Small Lady soon became obsessed with this question, and eventually decided to take matters into her own hands. She would become better, become a lady like her mother. Even though it had been forbidden, the Princess snuck into her mother's room one day, intent praying to the Ginzuishou to ask it to make her a lady that her mother would be proud of. But when she reached out to touch it, the Ginzuishou disappeared.
It was then that the Black Moon attacked. Terrified that all she had known had been encased in crystal and that she had somehow caused all this harm by whatever she had done to the Ginzuishou, Princess Small Lady Serenity fled to the past, searching for the fabled warrior her father had spoke of in bedtime stories--Sailor Moon.
It was there, in the past, that the Princess gained the nickname "Chibiusa" and met her mother as a teenager, and eventually came to realize that she was not so unlike that beautiful woman she worshipped as infallible. Her mother had once been just as she was. In the past she gained many life-lessons and had a chance to see her mother's friends and guardians in a new light. Eventually she brought Sailor Moon to save the 30th Century and then returned to her time, only to travel to the past for training after her awakening as a sailor soldier.
In this next adventure in the past, Chibiusa met the girl who soon became her life-long friend: Sailor Saturn, Tomoe Hotaru. After a very long ordeal, Sailor Saturn was cleansed of the evil influences that had taken a hold on her soul, and was reborn as a senshi.
Chibiusa remained in the past for a while more, and witnessed first-hand the power of the Dead Moon as Mamoru and Usagi (her mother) both took ill. It was then that Chibiusa first met Helios, the priest of Elysion, that magical world tied to the Earth. Although she has not seen him in ages, Chibiusa still remembers the one who called her "Maiden," and holds his image within her heart. She is only regretful that she has still not grown up to be a lady befitting of the title of "Maiden."
After the Dead Moon was defeated, Galaxia attacked, and the greatest battle Chibiusa has ever seen unfolded. It was then that she met her team, the Amazones Quartetto, and helped Sailor Moon save the world she loved so dearly.
Chibiusa finally returned to her own time, this time to stay. The years that followed were times of peace and prosperity. The Amazones Quartetto were always at Chibiusa's side, as was Hotaru, her very best friend. Although she did not see Helios, she always remembered him and knew that someday they would meet again. Chibiusa's childhood has been, for the most part, a happy childhood, although she does not have as many friends as she would like. She wishes she could meet new people and have new experiences.
With the opening of Senshi University, it seems that just might happen.

Soldier Information

Soldier Name: Sailor Chibi Moon
Element: Crystal; pure energy
Symbol: A golden crescent moon turned about ninety degrees, so that the "gap" in the crescent is facing upwards.
Signature Colours: Cotton-candy-pink, cherry-red, and gold.

Transformation Phrase: "Pink Moon Crystal Power, Make-up!"
Transformation Item: The Pink Moon Crystal is Sailor Chibi Moon's transformation item. It looks like a shimmering, pink crystal lotus blossom when in full form, but it usually remains in a smaller form set within a decorated glittering gold brooch that Chibiusa carries with her.

Soldier Costume: Sailor Chibi Moon's costume begins with a white, seamless bodysuit. Her sleeves are sheer, pale pink "bubbles" trimmed with puffy opaque rings where a cuff would be on a sleeve. Her sailor collar is bubble-gum pink with a single white stripe running down the edge. Beneath the V the sailor collar forms is a bright red bow, with a pink star-shaped brooch in the center. Her fluttering skirt with soft pleats consists of two layers: the lower layer being a pale pink silk and the upper layer being a darker pink sheer. The skirt connects to her bodysuit with a layer of pale ribbon near the skirt that wraps around the bodysuit to end in a slight V in the front. Slightly above, on the bodysuit, a darker pink ribbon runs in another slight V, and the tips of the two Vs overlap beneath a golden star-shaped jewel. At the small of her back is a pale pink bow tied with wide ribbon, and beneath that ribbon is a length of thin, darker pink ribbon that forms two "tails" that reach Sailor Chibi Moon's ankles. She wears high-heeled knee-high white boots, with a thin trim of bubblegum-pink ribbon across the V-shaped edge. At the point of the V, a small golden start-shaped jewel is affixed. She wears long white gloves that extend just past her elbow, ending with three puffy, opaque pink "cuffs." Her choker is a bubblegum-pink ribbon with a golden star-shaped jewel attached at the center, and her earrings are pink stars dangling from gold studs. The jewel in the center of her golden tiara is a bubble-gum pink star. In her hair she wears "winged" beaded clips near the crown of her head, and in the center of each odango is a red disc outlined in white in front of a white feather.

Weapon: Sailor Chibi Moon's weapon is her Moon Rod, which she has had since the beginning of her time as Sailor Chibi Moon. She does possess other weapons, such as her Crystal Carillon and the Chibi Moon Kalideo Scope, but she cannot use any of those powerful weapons without the assistance of Sailor Moon, but Sailor Moon is no more.

Powers: Sailor Chibi Moon still possesses the Key of Space-Time, and thus has the ability to travel through time. She has an uncanny ability to team up with another senshi and create a double-team attack, even if no attack originally existed. She can channel the power of the Maboroshi no Ginzuishou and use to create attacks of pure energy that go beyond the bounds of any other attack. Her own Pink Moon Crystal can work in the same way, but it is nowhere near as powerful as the true Maboroshi no Ginzuishou.
"Pink Sugar Heart Attack!" Sailor Chibi Moon waves her Moon Rod, and a torrent of pink heart outlines come flying forth from it, smacking into her opponent. This attack is rather weak, unpredictable, and is no more than a mere annoyance. It is the bane of Sailor Chibi Moon's existence.
"Twinkle Yell!" Sailor Chibi Moon twirls and holds the Crystal Carillon above her head. A beam of golden light sparkles in the sky, and Pegasus appears to attempt to assist her. She cannot really use this attack any longer, for the Priest Helios has returned to Elysion and is busy at the shrine. In fact, Chibiusa has not seen the white-haired young man for a few hundred years.
"Pink Ladies Freezing Kiss!" This a joint attack with the Amazones Quartetto, and very powerful. It sends a brilliant wave of pink energy towards an enemy to destroy him, despite the cheerful-sounding use of the word "kiss."
