| How come Usagi's parents don't get mad when she's always out so late? Well, there's always lying. Usagi has at least 5 friends she can use to cover up with (Inners & Naru). Second, she might not always be out that late. Sometimes the battles start in the daylight. And maybe, just maybe, once offscreen her parents have actually asked her. But she has an active social life and relatively lenient parents so she can obviously lie to them and say she was doing something with one of her friends.
