Everyone either hates her or loves her, and there's even a massive online following of CURE : Chibi Usa's Really Evil. She is Neo Queen Serenity's first daughter, the Holder of Pegasus, and the Sailor Soldier in training: Sailor Chibimoon! In the R series, she doubts her need and is really confused, and the bad guy Wise Man manipulates and brainwashes her into becoming Black (wicked) Lady. With her pink hair, red eyes, and pointed odango, she very much resembles her name: Rabbit. In the 30th Century in Crystal Tokyo, she is known as Princess Small Lady Serenity, named after her mother and heiress to the throne of the Silver Millenium. She falls in love with Elios in SuperS, and she becomes superized in the same series. In the manga, she goes through the same strength level changes as everyone else.

Manga: A concealed Sailor Cosmos-an unknown future final form of Sailor Moon, come from the future because she was afraid to fight Sailor Chaos. She returned to the past to convince the current Sailor Moon to destroy the galaxy cauldron so that she would not have to confront and destroy Chaos in the future, but fortunately Usagi-chan refused!
Anime: Sailor Galaxia's starseed, the light of hope. Sailor Galaxia, the strongest senshi of all, fought the enemy Chaos to protect the galaxy. To keep Chaos from seeping out and wreaking havok, she sealed it into her own body. But Chaos began consuming her, and when she realised this, she summoned all of the good from her being and compressed it into her starseed-her heart. She sent this seed out to find the one that could truly defeat Chaos:Sailor Moon. ChibiChibi also somehow received an urn that contained a recovering Princess Kakyuu, which is why the Starlights were after her in SailorStars.
*in the anime, she can only say "chibi chibi" until the very end, but in the manga she can talk normally. At some point in both versions, she becomes a Sailor Senshi- Sailor Chibichibimoon.
