Okay, so I thought it would be cool to make a list of all my favorite books. That way you can see what I like and what inspires me to write what I write. Plus you just get to find out more about me. I think you can tell a lot about a person by what type of books they read. Some of them I was forced to read in school but many of them were books I chose to read on my own. So if you see anything you like, I urge you to check them out!

To Kill A Mockingbird - Harper Lee. A classic novel told through the eyes of Scout, a young girl in the South. See her deal with being a kid, and the problems faced by her family in society in the early 20th century.
Catcher in the Rye - JD Salinger. A classic coming of age tale. Join Holden Caulfield on his quest through his teens and his road to finding out who he is.
Pride and Prejudice - Jane Austen. This is such a great book. The story of the Bennett sister's and their quest to find love and stability in life. When Elizabeth Bennett falls for the rich Mr. Darcy, her whole world is changed.
A Walk to Remember - Nicholas Sparks. Landon was just the average town bad boy until he was forced to get to know Jamie, the preacher's daughter. He didn't know then that meeting her would change his life.
Girl With A Pearl Earring - Tracy Chevalier. This is the story of the Dutch painter Vermeer and his servant Griet. She becomes his assistant and then the model for one of his most famous artworks.
The Virgin Blue - Tracy Chevalier. The story of two very different women intertwine in this novel. The story of Ella, the American midwife who moved to France when her husband's job is transferred. She begins to have dreams with a dress of a vivid shade of blue which connects her to Isabelle, a French midwife a few hundred years before her who has to flee her overbearing husband who suspects her of being a witch. She is connected to the vivid blue through her attachment to her religion.
She's Come Undone - Wally Lamb. The story Dolores, a girl with lots of emotional problems a result of the men in her life, her parents, her weight, and her mental health spanning over the ages of 4 and 40.
Bread Alone - Judith Ryan Hendricks. Wynter doesn't know what to do once her husband leaves her for another woman. After a visit to Seattle, she moves and begins to work at a local bakery and reform her life.
Divine Secrets of the Ya-Ya Sisterhood - Rebecca Wells. Siddalee Walker tells the story of her mother Vivi and her three best friends: Teensy, Necie and Caro as children, teens and women in the South.
Sex and the City - Candace Bushnell. This is a non-fiction book and basis for the hit t.v. show. Candace Bushnell's book is a compilation of articles thst she wrote for a magazine. It tells stories of sex and the single woman in New York in the 1990s.
4 Blondes - Candace Bushnell. Follow the stories of four blonde women in New York: a model, a columnist, a socialite and a writer. Each woman must face her life and find out who she is.
Every Boy's Got One - Meg Cabot. Jane Harris, famed New York cartoonist is excited about her trip to Italy for her friend's elopement. Only she isn't so happy when she learns she'll be sharing her experience with the cranky Cal Langdon. But both of their views will change when they're forced to come together to help their friends.
Boy Meets Girl - Meg Cabot. Kate Mackenzie doesn't have the best life. Her boyfriend won't commit, forcing her to move in with her best friend who is trying to have a baby, her boss hates her and foced her to fire the company's most loved employee and then she gets sued. It doesn't seem like anything would get better, until she meets lawyer Mitch Hertzog...
The Boy Next Door - Meg Cabot. Melissa Fuller is faced with a dilemma. How can she keep taking care of her neighbor's pets (Her neighbor, by the way, is in a coma) and still be on time for work? So, when she enlists the help of her neighbor's hot photographer nephew, she gets a lot more than she bargained for...
Something Borrowed - Emily Giffin. Rachel White is a typical good girl. A lawyer, good best friend and generally nice person. But everything changes when she does something very bad with her best friend's fianceé.
Something Blue - Emily Giffin. The obvious sequel to 'Something Borrowed.' This tells the story of Rachel's best friend Darcy Rhone after the fateful event that changes her friendship with Rachel and her engament to Dex.
A Total Waste of Makeup - Kim Gruenenfelder. Charlie Edwards seems to have a pretty good life. She's got a nice house in a trendy neighborhood, and a cool job. But her younger sister is getting married, her parents are crazy and her boss can be a pain in the butt. Follow the trials and tribulations of her life through the diary she's writing for her great grandniece since she doesn't think she's going to have any of her own. But maybe things will change for her...
Confessions of a Shopaholic - Sophie Kinsella. Becky Bloomwood has a spending problem. She just can't seem to stop shopping and has no money to pay her bills! But maybe her monetary luck will change when she writes a great story that changes her life.
Love, Rosie - Cecelia Ahern. Rosie and Alex are best friends since childhood. When Alex leaves Ireland for Boston as a teen, their lives are forever changed. Their trips through marriage, divorce, kids and love are the driving forces for the rest of their lives.
The Devil Wears Prada - Lauren Weisberger. Andy Sachs is out of college and wants to be a journalist. When she accepts the job of Miranda Priestly's assistant at Runway magazine, she doesn't get what she expected, but she learns a lot anyway. The movie based on the book will be out this summer starring Anne Hathaway and Meryl Streep!
Everyone Worth Knowing - Lauren Weisberger. Bett Robinson hates her job in banking. It may be safe, but its boring. When she quits and ends up working in PR, she learns that its not as glamourous as it looks. The late nights, planning parties, dealing with celebrities, faking relationships, and developing new ones are all in a day's work for Bett, but she sees its dark side.
Prep - Curtis Sittenfeld. Lee Fiora is a teenage gril from Indiana who gets the luck to go to Ault School for high school. Follow the story of the most interesting years of her life.
Harry Potter Series - JK Rowling. In the first six years of Harry Potter's years at Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry, girls, grades, friends and the fight to stay alove are just everyday occurances for this young wizard.
The Princess Diaries Series - Meg Cabot. Mia Thermopolis has a enough trouble being a teenage girl. She has no boobs, big feet and she's failing math. All of that only gets worse when she finds out that on top of all that, she the heir to the throne of a small country! Follow Mia through princess lessons, dinners with heads of state, her mother's relationship with her algebra teacher, her cranky French grandmother, high school and boys.
Sisterhood of the Traveling Pants Series - Ann Brashares. Follow the summers of four best friends: Lena, Bridget, Carmen and Tibby in this three parts series as they battle parents, boys, summer jobs, growing up and doing it all with the help of one magical pair of jeans.
