For the new computer user. This free two-hour short course is specially prepared for Seniors'
designed in a completely new revolutionary way to help you quickly learn and remember the
grouping of letter keys on the keyboard in combinations used in the English language. You will
enjoy it more if you don't have to keep hunting for the keys as you type. This can be quite frustrating
because all the information must be typed whether letters, emails, chatline,
life story, genealogy etc.
The course covers the basics only, using a third of the letter keys on the keyboard. The methods
taught will lessen the risk of RSI and wasted energy from picking out keys with only two fingers.
It is recommended that students continue on to the Computer Typing Skills Course which covers
all letter keys.
This two hour course covers all the letter keys and use of Capitals and is suitable (a) as a
followup to the free Introduction to Typing Course or (b) a revision course for those who
used to type years ago but have forgotten where the letter keys are. This is a quick, easy,
new approach to help Seniors gain some fluency in general typing for short lines like in poems
and headings or for sentences and paragraphs. Whatever you use your computer for, typing
is an essential tool.
You will also learn how to reduce the of getting RSI from using only two fingers and bad hand
and arm positions, and how to avoid wasting time and energy. $12.00
