The Seneca Babcock Community Association was organized in May of 1972 when a small group of community minded people saw the need to unite and work together to improve their neighborhood. The spirit and dedication of the Association led to the opening of the Seneca Babcock Community Center in July of 1975. Without a community school and the recent closing of St. Monica's Church our Community Center is truly the focal point of the neighborhood. We provide daily human service programs for all age groups, from preschoolers to senior citizens. The Association is a not-for-profit organization, whose purpose is to offer a complete range of activities throughout the calendar year, providing a central organization which dedicates itself to the enrichment of the community, and to the people within its' boundaries.
