Requirements for acquiring a Tribal Tag are:
1. Must be an ENROLLED member of the Seneca-Cayuga Tribe (and reside in Oklahoma) and present Tag Agent with a copy of Tribal Enrollment card (If you do not have a Tribal Enrollment Card then contact April Henderson, Tribal Enrollment Officer).
2. Present Original Title of vehicle to Tag Agent (You will be issued a Tribal Title for your vehicle).
3. Present proof of Insurance coverage that meets or exceeds the minimum amounts required by the State of Oklahoma.
4. Present LIEN information (if any). This is the paperwork that shows who you borrowed money from to purchase this vehicle.
5. Must present proof of residency such as current utility bill (telephone, gas, electric, water, etc) or drivers license. (As of September 1, 2003).
NEW REGISTRATION PRICES
Must have: Original Title, Insurance, Membership Card, Lien Information and Check or Money Order (NO CASH). Or your registration will not be processed.
$100.00 for a vehicle year 1999 - 2003
$75.00 for a vehicle year 1994 - 1998
$50.00 for a vehicle year 1993 and older
$50.00 for a Trailer, Motorcycle & Motorized Bicycles
$25.00 for a Senior Tag (Must be 65 years or older) 1 (one) vehicle only
RENEWAL PRICES
Must have Insurance Verification and payment of Check or Money Order (NO CASH). Or your renewal will not be processed.
$75 for vehicle 1999 - 2003
$50 for vehicle 1994 - 1998
$25 for vehicle 1993 & Older
As of August 1, 2003 the Tax Commission has began to charge a $.25 per day late fee on Registrations (After the 30 day Grace Period).
