Reviewed Notices of Fund Availability (NOFA) for programs applicable to the tribe's needs. ANA, HUD, USDA, Environmental Department, and DOJ Programs.

Have completed work with Steve Highley, Computer Technician for computer units and programs, software/printers and other attachments needed pertaining to all computers/printers of the main tribal office, Human Resources and the AoA Buildings. Steve is vendor available for problems arising and technical assistance of server/computer/software problems, and always responds in a timely manner.

Am currently working on and providing assistance in preparation of Indirect Cost Proposals for FY 2004 and 2005, ensuring all line items needed are included. Purpose is to bring the Indirect Cost Rate to a current status.

Prepared and submitted the Labor Force Report for 2003, as required by the BIA. Prepared a Survey Form to be completed by all clients served. Distributed to all Program Directors, requesting forms be submitted to me on the last day of each month. Purpose is to provide documentation of demographic data that may be more advantageous for the tribe to use.

Coordinating preparation of the Self-Governance Annual Performance Report of FY 2003.

Have begun work on Library Enhancement Grant Proposal; will be due May 1, 2004.

Met with Company Representative of the Ambassador Company. Received approval to obligate and participate in distribution of books targeting young families and children. Tribe will be a sponsor, with Tribal name and logo in the front of the book. Stories are about importance of family, taking personal responsibility, value of true friendship, cooperation, honesty, self-respect and respect of others, etc. Priority of distribution of books will be to Turkey Ford and Wyandotte Schools for 8-10 year and 5-7 year old children. Purpose is to provide a learning tool that will enhance positive morals and values for all children within our land base area. After initial distribution is made, then books available can be used for Social Services, ICW, Child Care Program, JOM and Substance Abuse Programs.

Continue to work with the Inter-Tribal Bison Cooperative to get the tribe in �good standing,� in order to be eligible to submit a management plan for administering a bison program.

Have provided administrative support as follows:

Assisted the NAHASDA Program. OKC and Denver Offices had questions regarding the Annual Performance Report ending 09/30/03; additional info provided, responses made in a timely manner, and all questions were resolved. Prepared and formally submitted Self-Monitoring Plan, including Management Improvement recommendations.

Assisted AoA with timely submissions of reports for both AoA and USDA. Continuation Requests, financial reports completed/submitted, and ensured award funds will be available in a timely manner.

Retrieved ANA regulations and forms for assisting with the SEDS proposal, which is due April 23, 2004.

Have performed work at least one day a week regarding historical/official tribal documents located in the vault of the main Tribal Office. This pertains to the Records Management Contract funded by the BIA.

Maintained GSA fleet of all government vehicles, ensuring maintenance is done, and reports are submitted in a timely manner.

Have performed Property Management Representative duties. Decal tags are ordered. Also working with Jay Whitecrow regarding the house located in New York for ensuring official tribal headquarters site there is accomplished.

Attended legal training, subject �Doing Business in Indian Country� at Okmulgee, OK on March 11-12, 2004. A copy of the Model Contract regarding compacts w/Oklahoma State provided for review of the tribe.

Performed as (Acting) Tag Agent, as needed. Issued titles, registrations, tags, renewals, and law enforcement requests for verifications.
