This was my old Armstrong MT500,Sold now. What a beast. Built to British Army Spec with a Rotax 500 single engine.Does 60mpg with a top speed of 95mph.Although will cruise loaded or not at 85mph all day,very comfortable as well.
I got this as my 'Rat Bike' as I like to ride all year and the GT is now getting too nice to ride in snow and ice.
I just loved the MT500, off road and on road its a good bike as an all rounder.No chrome to polish and built for servicing by the average squaddie in the field,how many bikes can you replace a timing in 8mins?? not many.Built like a tank and gives that Silly Grin factor, Fantastic... |
