Saint John won the tournament, beating the KV Sabres 3-2 in the final.

Saint John advanced to the final after beating Fredericton Devils 4-2 in a cross over game.

KV Sabres went throught the round robin undefeated but was stoned by the hot goaltending of Saint John goalie Curtis Scaplane who put on a great show.
