Some of the most touching moments of their relationship was in "Change of Heart" when Worf threw away the mission they were on and risked his whole career to save Jadzia's life, and in "Tear of the Prophets", when after the two of them were planning on having children together, Jadzia lay on her death bed while Worf mourned.
