- A very funny episode, for example, when O'Brien is sent to stop |

the Dal'rok, he just says "Once upon a time, there was a Dal'rok, and... There it is."
- This is one of the only Trek episode that explores sub cultures of an alien race. Trek always mentions humans sub-culture, we hear constant reference to certain countries or cultures, but all alien races seem to have just one culture, for instance, all Klingons are violent warriors, all Ferengi are greedy, however this episode explores sub cultures of Bajor. O'Brien and Beshir visit a village on Bajor that lives in a more primtive state than the rest of Bajor, and two factions of Bajor come to the station to mediate a peace. I find this very refreshing from most Trek.
- Here is where we see the formation of O'Brien and Bashir's friendship, it's very interesting to watch in retrospect. |
