- This episode explains more about T'Pol and how she has been effected by living among humans, after all in this time peroid it wasn't normally for Vulcans and humans to live together.
- I think it's a bit dumb that the Vulcan mindmeld is something of a myth in this time peroid, when Tolaris introduces T'Pol to the vulcan mindmeld.
- It seems like at the end, this episode was sending a negative message about these vulcans that go against the dectates of their society. Just because Tolaris turns out to be an asshole how "abuses" T'Pol, doesn't mean that the rest of them are wrong for not supressing their emotions, but it seems like that was the message they were sending.
- I could tell that Tolaris would end up being a "sexaul harrasser". This episode was a bit of a rip off of Next Generation's "Violations".
