Proposed Short Seminar
On
Samadhi Meditation and Its Practice
Demonstrated by Eric H. Bruton, Jr.
Seminar Cost
Samadhi Meditation is a practice that helps one gain
control over the wild thought patterns that typically happen in our daily
life. It has been called, "a quieting of the mind." Although Eric has studied
this technique for ten years at Wat Carolina Buddhayakra Vanarom he has
found this method to similarly be practiced in Zen, Mayana, Sufi, and even
some Christian Monastic disciplines. Under the tutorship of Ajaan Phrakru
Buddhamonpricha at Wat Carolina, Eric has learned a simple method of "Quiet
Mind" Meditation. This method is being made available as a free public
service and it is hoped that attendees can help with modest travel expenses
through a Love Offering.
