Walnut Gravy

Makes 8 servings

Ingredients:

    1 tbsp olive oil 6 tbsp whole wheat flour
    2 cups chopped onion � cup Bragg All-Purpose Seasoning
    1 tsp dried tarragon 3 cups water
    � cup chopped walnuts

Directions:

    Heat oil in saucepan. Add the onions and tarragon. Saute until the onions are tender. Add walnuts and stir until the walnuts begin to brown. Add the flour. Continue until the flour is browned. Gradually add Bragg All-Purpose Seasoning and water. Stir until the mixture has thickened. Serve as is or blend until smooth. Serve over patties, mashed potatoes, or Savoury Waffles.
