The Seminarian Fund

Hello, and welcome to the Seminarian Fund. This is a personal fundraising site for an individual, who wishes to remain anonymous. For the purposes of familiarity, let him be known as Brother Francis. Brother Francis is a Roman Catholic seminarian in a small religious order. In order to supplement the costs of college education for the priesthood, which is more expensive now than ever it was, I (Brother Francis) am setting up this site in order to allow the world at large to help out a friend in need. If you don't believe I am who I say I am, that's understandable. If you wonder why I choose to remain anonymous, read the page about it. If, for any reason, you choose not to give me anything at all, please just pray for me. If, on the other hand, you think this seems legitimate, then I appreciate your contribution, whatever it may be.

A BRIEF LEGAL NOTICE:Because I am an individual raising money for himself, this is in NO WAY a 501(c)(3) organization. It is, in fact, explicitly for-profit, and I will therefore report any and all contributions in my taxes. Furthermore, you cannot consider this a charitable or tax-exempt donation in the legal sense, and cannot claim a deduction on your taxes. This is just one person giving a few bucks to another.
