Serena is probably the biggest crybaby that you will ever see. Her best friend is Raye Hino, Sailor Mars, but you wouldn't have guessed it by the way they constantly bicker. She is a huge procrastinator with low grades--a typical teenager enjoying the better days of life at the arcade.
As Sailor Moon, Serena is the leader of the Inner Senshi. She often has trouble being a real leader, however, having at first wanting nothing to do with being a Senshi besides wearing the outfit. She contibutes morale and comedy to the battles until the final showdowns, when some fighting instinct kicks in and she manages to conjure real strength and
determination.to finish the bad guy off. She is
also the Moon Princess, under the protection
of the other Sailor Senshi and guardian of the
Silver Crystal.

All of her attacks are based off of some object. Her first wand came from Luna. It was upgraded by her mother, then by her and Darian's love, fallowed by Pegasus's help. She changes again when all of the scouts pull togeter and direct their power to her so she can save Darien from Nehelenia, then finally by Chibi-Chibi.

Moon Tiara Magic
Her first attack, Sailor Moon takes off her tiara and it turns into a throwing disc of light.
Moon Healing Activation (R)
Serena's first wand was given to her by Luna. It was used to heal the holders of the 7 rainbow cristals by fitting them into a sliver circle she draws in the air.
Moon Septor Elimination (R)
In Sailor Moon R, Serena's past mother upgrades her wand to the septor. It emitts spirals of shimmers and a flying cresent moon that destroys the enemy.
Moon Spiral Heart Sttack (S/SuperS)
It changes again (as does her transformation) through her and Darian's love. This time you see the Moon Palace inside her septor, she spins the wand, then herself. At the end she balances on her knee as a huge solid heart crashes through the enemy.
Moon Rainbow Heart Ache (S/SuperS)
The attack is exactly like the last only with a rainbow before the huge heart and she is in her "Crisis" transformation.
Moon Gorgeous Meditation (Super S)
After Sailor Minnie-Moon calls on Pegasus, Sailor Moon can use her new wand upgraded by pegasus to shatter her enemy like a mirror, retrieving/saving the persons' Dream Mirror.
HoneyMoon Therapy Kiss (Stars)
using her friends power, the new scepter emits pink light that changes the Phage back into human and returns thier Star Seeds.

Silver Moon Crystal Power Kiss (Stars)
Chibi Chibi upgrades her scepter once again to a stronger and longer attack much like Honeymoon therapy Kiss, only the light is golden and there are thousands of beautiful feathers.
