
Anything is possible here...like just about every where else on the body, multi-piercing is the most common thing I've seen, I don't know what else you can do, other than OVER do it. However alternatives to your basic piercing include:
Tongue Splitting: Literally your tongue is split in half, not all the way down, but about an inch or a little less from the tip of your tongue back. I'm not sure how it's done, but I'm sure it's done via knife or maybe even a laser, which is common in medical practices anyway, though I'm not totally sure. However, I'm beting it's very painful and hard to eat for a while. Ouch, no on my list of things to do.
