Nipples, well, not sure what all is truely possible here, but I've seen some crazy shit! You can multi-pierce, you can get a nipple sheild, which is pretty much just a "fancy" jewelry thing that's sorta big and stuff...You can stretch them, which is sorta sick, but hey if you like that than you like that!
