Date Done: October 4th 2003
Story: After researching for a while on this site and reading a bunch of stories, I figured "what the hell, I'll go for it". So I snuck some ice and rubbing alcohol in my room. I already had tissues, the safety pin, and earrings in my room. Now, I already had a double pierce on my left ear (done at Claire's) along with a cartilage pierce (done at the doctor) and a single pierce in my right ear. I decided to do a tripple pierce in my left ear. I went into my room, iced my earlobe for about a minute. It was fricking freezing, so when I put the safety pin in my ear, I didn't feel it. It went through the top layer really fast and I heard this tiny clicky poppy noise. I then dipped a bit of the tissue in the alcohol (I cleaned the earring and safety pin in it previously) and held it behind my ear and jammed the thing in. No pain, no gain... so I guess I didn't gain cuz I felt nothing :) . I closed the saftey pin when I went in the shower, so I just had a big safety pin in my ear. Afterwards, I put in an earring.
I didn't want my parents to see, so I hid it under my towel that I wrapped my hair in. When my dad came in that night really late, I just layed on one side and pretended I was asleep. No one had a clue. There was no blood or anything, but I got so worked up, that at around 11, I took it out and went to sleep. In the morning i cleaned the area around my now half hole (the back is totally closed up). I told my friends in the morning and they said it was freaky, but cool.
I want to do it again and keep it, so here is my "awsome" plan: I will repierce my ear in the tripple pierce thing and I will pierce it closer to my double piercing though. Then I'm gonna go do whatever I usually do.. and when my parents see it, I'm sure they'll notice.... I'm gonna say "what are you talking about, all I did was change my earing" then I'll go look in the mirror and freak out and be all "whoa how'd I do that?!" then I'll say I like it and etc... and beg to keep it. and my mom already said that for chanuka I could get my tripple and double pierce, so I'll be allowed to keep it maybe, and then I'll be happy :) . I just can't wait till December.
