Story: I was sitting in my computer chair looking at Self Piercing and decided to try it. I had a Navel Ring I had been wearing in my ear and a diaper pin. So I went for it.
I unbuttoned my jeans and put ice on my navel, then I waited about 3 songs on my CD (15 minutes) and took the ice off. I put the safety pin at the bottom center of my navel and dragged(lightly) it up to make sure the whole'd be center. Then I pushed it halfway through.
After I had the safety pin all the way through with just the tip poking out I rubbed ice all over the bottom hole as I slid the pin down into the piercing. Then I closed the Safety Pin and slid it up and down for like 2 minutes. Then I put a second pin in and slid the barbell in between them.
