![]() Title: "My Belly Button has a hole in it!" Author: Jarod Age: 13 Complications: The pin took forever to go through, but nothing serious End Result: I just did it today, so far so good ^.^ A lil sore though Happy with the Result: Yup Date Done: Wed. Sept. 18, 2002 Story: Well, I went to pierce my own tongue, but it was hurting really bad and the needle was only half through! So I decided that the next day I was going to pierce my belly button (yes I know that guys don't normally do that but I was bored). So I grabbed a fairly thick safety pin, Claire's Ear Care, and the ice and picked a spot. I cleaned the spot, pin, and ear ring. I started to pierce it after it was numb, but I had to hold the ice on it because I knew that if I took off the Ice it would UN-numb and I know that belly button piercing hurt like heck so you do the math. I pierced it from bottom to top so it was a lil tougher. It went thru the bottom layer and it took like 10 min. to go thru the top. After it went thru I moved it around a lil bit. I left the safety pin in all thru the school day (I did it 25 min. before I left for school) and when I got home I cleaned it and changed the safety pin to an ear ring. I like it so far. I recommend it to anybody who doesn't mind an ear ring in it... If you do it KEEP IT CLEAN! I am also keeping mine under a Band-Aid for the first few day so it has a less chance of getting infected... Also if you do it, clean it AT LEAST 2 times a day. That's my story. ![]() Needle: Safety Pin Gauge: fairly thick Purchased: Cost: Jewelry: Left in the safety pin then changed it to a Strait Needle ear ring Gauge: Regular ear ring size Purchased: Cost: Aftercare: I cleaned it w/ the ear car stuff that Claire's gives you Purchased: Other: ICE!!! Ear Ring, Band-Aid Cost: TOTAL COST: No more than $7.00 ![]() September 22, 2002: I bought 2 bar bells today! 14g; 5/8" and One of them is UV (balls) with a bottom blue ball and top is a circle w/ blue around the pic. that is flames and 4 spikes (yellow-ish) that are made of the same material as the balls- The 2nd one is a normal barbell (EXACT same size as the first), you know, silver only the top ball is a lil bigger and is an official KORN barbell so it says "KORN" only w/ the backwards 'R'. I put the UV barbell in my belly button hole and it fit PERFECT! It didn't hurt or any thing... It is also not as sore to the touch, just a lil and It is healing pretty good, I think... ~Jarod ![]()
