Author: Brenda Complications: For a little bit, and at the end yes End Result: Well it healed....just around the ring Happy with the Result: Not exactly, but knowin you did it yourself is great Date Done: July 8, 2003 Story: I was really bored and had been thinking of getting a piercing. Originally, I was thinking of tongue or nose, but then I realized nose would be too obvious to the parents and tongue I personally think should be done professionally. And since I'm only 13, my parents would never sign a god damned paper allowing me to pierce my tongue. So I wanted a place where they wouldn't know but wouldn't be too hard to do. So I figured a belly button piercing would be ok. I was lookin around online just to get the idea of how to do it, but most people used all these fancy needles and shit and I don't have those. So I just went into my mom's sewing basket and got a needle and got a regular post earring I had from when I got my ears pierced. I sterilized them and the went ahead and just pushed the needle through, but the needle would only go half way. So I was getting impatient, I switched to the earring. Then that went all the way through, it looked kinda funny so I decided I'd just change it when it healed. I was gonna put a saftey pin in it, but the next morning I couldnt get it out. Tt had healed to to the post I guess. So here I am stuck with a gay earring in my belly button... but its not too bad, I just gotta take a breather then I'll yank it out and try again. ![]() Needle: Just a sewing needle and then an earring Gauge: Purchased: Craft store or something Cost: Cheap Jewelry: Earing....changing to safety pin Gauge: Purchased: Cost: Free....all from around the house Aftercare: Hydrogen Proxide to clean Purchased: Drug Store Cost: $1 TOTAL COST: About $1 if you don't already have something to clean with ![]()
