![]() Title:"A stab in the Dark" Author: Adam Complications: none due to the piercing its self but one had to be removed due to an ex's mate nearly ripping it out of my arm End Result:well it worked but as I said before I took them out after one was nearly ripped out Happy with the Result: Till removal , very Date Done: March 2002 Story:Well, I have always loved piercings, but generally not the common ones. I mean come on having the side of your nose pierced is a piercing every little girl has and therefore is boring , I like to be unusual. So after ages of not having the balls to do anything I decided that my elbows were the most logical choice as they were easy to cover up and if it all went bad then the scars wouldn't matter. So one night I sat down with a hypodermic 4 an iv drip (don't ask my aunt is a nurse) a pair of curved end needle nose pliars with an elastic band on the handle end to close them on there own and a pair of straight barbells. First of all I took the pliars and bars and washed them with white spirit then I cleaned both my elbows with it too. I then used the pliars to hold a flap of skin away from my arm , I then took the hypo out of its packet (oh, if u wanna do this take it out first coz the pliars really get in the way) and slowly pushed it through my arm. This was quite odd as there was a lot of tissue there that I didn't expect to be and after I got the needle through this I had to push my finger against the skin on the other side to make it pass through. I then withdrew the needle when I took it out it did bleed a little, but not much. Next I took the barbell and pushed it through. I repeated this on the other side. Contrary to what everyone thought it really doesn't hurt the skin doesn't really have any nerves in it so I recomend this piercing for anyone who doesn't like pain . ![]() Needle: iv drip needle Gauge: Don't know wat gauge Purchased: Wasn't [purchased], it was borrowed with out the intent of returning to my aunt (she has loads of scarey shit like that :$) Cost: None Jewelry: Titanium barbells (metal color) Gauge: 16G (if u know how 2 tell/check plz tell me) Purchased: Indigo (Barnstaple North Devon) Cost: 7.95 each Aftercare: Germolene(it's kinda similar 2 savlon cream) Purchased: Boots Cost: About 22 with white spirit etc. ![]()
