Welcome to Self Injury.Net, the reason you're here is probably because you cause damage to yourself, if not you might know someone does.
This site is meant as a support group; but not just a regular support site... I want to give the site a personal perspective about self injury!
The way out is long and hard and more complicated then quitting with alcohol or drugs. Self injury is a hard, denied word; people think that self injurers are crazy or that they do it for the attention; but no it isn't that simple; and you'll notice how much pain there's inside a self injurer when you navigate through the site...
I think you should know that this is a non-profit site and while you're navigating through the site anyway, I'd loved it if you would sign the guestbook...
Of course you can submit arts, wallpapers or poems too, just email me and send it to me!
