Darlita woke in her bed groaning at the pains that
went through her body. As she sat up the door opened
Ulisa stood silent and then said a bit roughly,
"get up?
"Why I don't want to eat."
You aren't going to eat anyway. You haven' worked. You
haven't earned it
"So I don't plan to eat anyways
that's fine. But you're getting up. I'm giving you ten
minutes to come down stairs before I come and make you
why or what are you going to do? Use that sword on me?
maybe...or I might use something worse.' she shut the
door
Darlita walked out the door and stood there in the
living room
Ulisa nodded, "good girl. Now, are you going to
work today or lie on the couch again?
"I'm going to sit."
Fine. Just letting you know that today is your last
day of choice
I'm not going to work on anything
Ulisa just raised an eyebrow. "we've had multiple
bear say such things and none have succeeded
well I’ll be the first then
Ulisa merely shook her head and pinned her to the
couch again with a spell, this time the spell allowed her only the dignity of
turning her head
Darlita sat there with her nose in the air
"Auntie can you help me?" Skyla came into
the room her sweater being worn as pants, "I can't get them fastened
Ulisa chuckled, "sweetie, you're supposed to wear
that over your shirt"
"I wanted sweater pants today, but I can't get
them to close up here
Ulisa chuckled but pulled the sweater up a bit and
fastened it, "there you go, stinker
"I not a stinker, She is." Sky pointed to
Darcy
Ulisa chuckled, "All right then...can i call you
sweet pie?"
"I like that!" Skyla said reaching up and
kissing Ulisa's nose and running off.
Ulisa chuckled and followed her out, leaving Darcy
there but not without casting a brief spell. She led the younger ones outside,
knowing they did not need to see this
"Bliss toddled over to Ulisa and squealed,
"O!"
Ulisa chuckled and lifted the girl up, carrying her
out. Darcy, left alone, heard a hard, dark voice scream, "Get up, you
f**** B****!
"Auntie what’s happening to Darcy?
Nothing sweetie. She's just thinking. who wants to go
play in my woods?"
"I can't I have to stay with Midget
Tanni told her
Take them with us. i have a little thing you could
carrying them in. it'll keep them warm and they'll be able to experience all
those smells
Tanjia nodded, and what Bliss was saying was blow it
sounds like o
Ulisa blows on Bliss' belly as the group gathered and
headed out
Meanwhile, Darcy felt someone strike her face 5 times,
yelling, "I said get up you f**** bitch!"
"I can't I'm stuck this way
I don't f**** care! I want you up!" a bolt of
lightning hit Darcy straight in her belly
Darcy let out a scream and tried but only managed to
fall onto her belly
the figure in front of her was cloaked in black,
hiding her face. she jerked the girl up by her hair, "I said up, you
maggot!
"I can't get up see my legs won't move!"
I said I don't f**** care about your excuses. If you
don't get up, I'll hack those things off and you won't hafta worry bitch!

About this time, Darcy managed to somehow get her
knees under her belly so he backside was sticking out
more
the being racked its claws down her backside leaving
deep gorges and blood, yanking on her hair, it hissed, "Up or the next
blow will take your backside off
Darcy tried but stumbled back to the ground
the being dug its claws into her breasts, drawing
blood, "Oh your a stubborn one." it drug her outside by her hair and
they were soon in an entirely different landscape...a castle throne room
"Where are we?
my business bitch. you merely need to get to work if
you want to keep that left breast
What do you need me to do?"
scrub the floor." she threw Darcy down and tosses
a scrub brush and harsh smelling bucket at her
Darcy worked for a time then stopped and tried to
throw the bucket at the beast
the bucket stopped an inch from their face and Darcy
found her own face plunged into the liquid, which was harsh acid
Darcy looked at the beast and glared
two blades appeared in front of her, "you wanna
keep those eyes?
Darcy looked to it just screaming just kill me now
do what you want to me, just leave me alone
oh now where would be the fun in that? That's what
they ALL said...
"what are you going to do with me?
i told you...listen bitch. there are two
choices...serve me or end up like them...
like who?
the creature points behind her
what the?"
behind her, she sees about 200-300 gummies and humans
strung up, most half skinned alive and screaming for death to free them.
Darcy swallowed hard as the beast told her she had
worse in store for her the creature hissed,
"Oh black magic is fun to play with...the brats
are the most fun
"What are you going to do? I'm helpless like this
that's what makes it so much fun.." she suspended
Darcy and led her into a room which had only children. most had no eyes and
tongues...she saw why. they had been taken from them. "oh the cubs put up
the worst fight
"What are you going to do with me?
In answer a flicker of a flame touched Darcy's left
thigh
making her yelp
the same thing i did with them." she pointed to a
pile of bodies, skinned alive and then skinned of their fat, leaving merely
bones
as she was being shown, a stake came up from the
ground and pinned Darcy a whip with three tips fell into the creatures hands
the creature swiftly began the torture and in between
blows she said, "I must say, one little one is quote stubborn
Darcy screamed and cried out as she felt the lashes
connect with her back, once or twice wrapped around her body and hit her
breasts
the whips came several more times and then were
replaced by blades
The beast called to several other creatures, and told
them to strap her down to the table over on the other side of the room and do
as they please with her. She'd be back shortly
she left leaving them alone with her
these creatures did as they were asked before invading
every part know to Darcy, and what was unknown to her
the creature walked back in, a sack over her shoulder
and a book in hand
what’s those for?
Darcy whimpered
the creature spoke a brief few words and Darcy felt
the very blood in her body boil, turn to ice and then boil some more
Darcy screamed at the top of her lungs
in pain
oh, don't ask for pity. I enjoy this...it gives me
pleasure to see you squirm
"Please make it stop! I want to go home!"
why? no one wants you there...have you not caused this
pain yourself, for your pleasure?
I know I did but i know they want me, I don't know
why, and I'm sorry I'm sorry I hurt that baby, I'm sorry for everything! just
make it stop I’ll change!"
the creature opens the sack and reaches inside,
"oh this one was fun." she tosses onto Darcy’s chest the skinned form
of her sister
"Bliss? No! you didn't that’s my sister the only
blood I have left
"She's just a baby! No!"
No, I didn't do it." the creature removes her
hood, revealing a green fur and dark red hair, "you did. for I am you
"What you can't be me?"
the creature says, "didn’t you say you went to
Ursaila to complete the murder of Chace, did you not do that to Kenya, did you
not tell Ulisa you hated her and Selena, that you wanted them all dead...you
toyed with black magic and I am the result
"Just let me go! I'll follow every rule, I'll
watch the cubs!
Yes I did I'm sorry! No more just make this all stop
I can't change who I am...it's set. Only you can alter
that.' she fades and vanished and Darcy’s vision shifted back to reveal she was
back at Ulisa's home, on the couch
After a few minutes of realizing here she was Darcy
just screams bloody murder for Ulisa
tears running down her face
Ulisa ran back in, "Darcy, what’s wrong?"
"I'm scared I'm sorry! I'm sorry! Where
Bliss?!"
Bliss is right here." Ulisa gestured to the baby
on her hip
"Give her to me."
Ulisa looked at her but handed her over, keeping her
hands near
Ulisa can you let me loose I need to hold her
ulisa nodded and undid the spell
Darcy hugged the toddler as tight as she could and
just cried into the child, "I'm sorry, I'm just as bad as our parents
were, I'm sorry Bliss I failed you."
"I promised to protect you and I didn't I almost
had you killed
Ulisa sat down on the couch, "Darcy...what do you
mean, by your parents?"
"my mother and father were really, really cruel,
I can't even begin to tell you what they did, they also did that black magic, I
grew to hate them, As soon as Bliss was born I took her out of hte house and
burned the house down with them in it. To keep them from hurting the baby
They had already killed my other siblings, they used
them in their spells
So...why are you deluging in that magic?
"I don't know why
I just was doing it
are you going to stop?
"Yes,
Ulisa?
Ulisa said softly, "yes?"
"I need to say something to Kenya
Okay...I'll go get her
can I do it alone too please
Darcy, I wish I could allow that but with what you've
done lately, I can't. I will stay in the room but I'll keep my ears closed for
you
"No I need that time alone, please, just stand
out side the door at least but I need to do it this way
I’ll do that but I can't close the door all the way,
you understand why, don't you?

and I don't blame you guys if you hate me
we don't hate you Darcy, nor do we believe you're
gone. we want to help you...are you going to let me help you?
Darcy nodded and started crying again, now can I talk
to my sister
Ulisa nodded, "of course." she swiftly
fetched Kenya and handed her a dagger just so she would feel comfortable in the
room before standing outside the door as promised
"Kenni come here," Darcy slid to the couch
and to her knees calling the child over to her. "I'm sorry for what I did
to you I had no right doing that, and making you have to relive your own pains
again. Please let me make it up to you some how. know i can't ever really get you to forget
it. But will you forgive me little one?" Darcy asked the cub into her lap.
"Darcy?" The teen looked to the cub,
"You still going to help me make that castle?" "You know
i will little one." Darcy held Kenya into her lap
and held onto her tight
Ulisa kept a close eye and smiled at the two'
"Ulisa I have some words for you as well, and
Mamma too, where is she?"
Ulisa walked in, "In Ursaila with Chace
"Let me go to her and Chace, I have something to
say to the both of them
Ulisa nodded, "I have to come with you, you
know"
"Besides I want My Mamma right now"
Ulisa nodded and led her out and through the time
portal
I had just walked back into Chace's room after a good
couple hours nap thanks to Grubbi and the sedatives in time to see Darcy
standing there next to Chace's bed, my heart froze and looked until i spotted
Ulisa next to the door, "What’s going on?" I asked
Darcy has something to say to both of you
"Looks like she's said it to him, there
look."
Ulisa turned
the girl had cradled the toddler a little bit into her
arms and was crying a mile a minute
Ulisa walked over and put a hand on her shoulder,
"your Mamma's here, Darcy
Darcy swallowed hard, as she looked at the baby again
then laid him down gently, And turned to me, "Mamma, I know you must hate
me for all this."
"Darcy I could never ever hate you for anything,
its partly my fault for letting you do as you pleased, and not taking control
of what was going on. But I'm forgiving you I had a long time ago." I took
the cub into my arms and held her for a bit, then set on the chair and let her
sit on my lap as I just held her close. "Ulisa I think if its alright with
you, if she comes on home."
Ulisa nodded, "all right." she knelt,
"Darcy, I'll still be stopping by to talk and help you out, all
right?"
The cub nodded and buried her head into me more,
"I killed him didn't I?"
Ulisa smiled and stroked the girl's hair, "No
little one. He isn't dead, not yet. Keep your spirits high and your hope
strong."
But look at him. I did that to him, All he was doing
was going after some toy and I picked him
up by his neck and threw him! Why did I do that?" Darcy started to
cry out more as she started to fight with herself, " Put me in his place, I
caused it
I looked to the Barbic not knowing what to say
Ulisa gently stroked her hair again, "Sweetie, we
won't do that but if you really want to help Chace, I know what you can do
"what’s that?"
Work with me and your mother, help us get you out of
those drugs and that magic. I think that would be a wonderful surprise for
Chace when he wakes up, don't you agree?" Ulisa asked, looking at Selena
"I agree." I told her. Watching Darcy get up
and walk over to the cub and sit by his bedside. "But i'm not leaving it
he's better."
"And if he dies I die."
Ulisa looked at Selena, "Just stay with her. Help
comfort her and Chace and I think you'll both be fine. and You know where I am
if you need me
I nodded "Thanks, Your a merical worker you know
that?"
Ulisa merely smiled and walked out, knowing now that
the light of hope had been relit
"As Ulisa started to walk out, Darlita ran up to
her, "Ulisa I know I caused a lot of trouble, can you do one thing for me
real quick though
Ulisa turned, "yes, what is it Darcy?"
"Can you do that purify thing to me again?"
It'll hurt...
"I know but look at the pain I caused my family,
I need this
Ulisa nodded and opened her arms, "come
here"
Darcy stared at her stunned, "Why?"
Just come here.
"What are you doing?
"i thought you were going to do that thing to me
Ulisa folded her arms around the girl. "what you
asked of me." she spoke gentle words and the rush of purification rushed
through the girl once more
tears fell down the girls face as she tried not to cry
out, but the pain was too much. She cried out and screamed that it hurt
Ulisa gently rubbed her hair. "I know it
does...it'll fade in a moment
when it was over she looked at Ulisa, "The last
time you didn't hold onto me why'd you do it this time?"
because you let me this time
"Oh and i'm sorry for being so bitchy to you Ulisa
it's all right sweetie. You just focus on getting
better and that'll be apology enough
Darcy nodded before heading back to the baby's side
Ulisa smiled at Selena and turned and walked out
