“All of you outside
with you're playing!” I called to the children that weren’t either too little,
grounded or sick in bed. I then went to see where Darcy was,
“Good Girl. You're
doing those chores that I assigned you yesterday.” She just sighed and kept up
with her work. I then headed to my bedroom to check on my new son,
“Hi Jonni, you're up.” I said lifting him out of the cradle. I
cradled him close to me smelling his scent. Taking in his scent I could smell
the sweet powdery scent that was spread out through his tiny body. I also
caught at unpleasant scent as well.
“Now that I’ve got
you cleaned you want to go see what’s out there for you to eat?” The infant
just smiled at the tone. I had just settled down when a knock came to the door,
“Gritty, what’s
going on?”
“Come with me, Timmy
and Buddi both have the weakness strained of Barbic Fever.” I nodded and told
him to just let me do something a minute,
I ran to the communicator, and contacted Ulisa
again
Ulisa answered
swiftly, "What's up, Selena?"
I'm sorry to bother
you again, but I need someone to keep an eye out over here a bit, I have to
head to Ursalia for a short time, both Buddi and Timmy have Barbic Fever
Ulisa blinked,
"Sure, why, if I may ask?"
I'll have Jonni with me, but the others may just need someone to
check in on them once or twice
All right, no
problem
They'll have the
older ones; all someone would need to do is just make sure nothing gets burned
down or anything I'll let you know when I get back
Ulisa chuckled,
"Not a problem. I'll be right there
Thank you
No problem, "she
replied and as she promised, she arrived quickly
I quickly told her
what was what, The younger ones are outside, al but Kenni and the triplets
Kenni can play on the floor, but I want the triplets still in bed, and this one
is with me
Ulisa nodded,
"of course. Don't worry
I told her and took
off
“He’s in sickbay.” I
was told as Gritty took the newborn from me so I could go in there; the cub was
still fighting to get up out of bed.
“Ursa, I’m here, you
go ahead and tend to your son.” She nodded looking a bit weary.
“You know what it's
like trying to hold that cub down when he’s sick?” I nodded
“LET ME GO! I HAVE
TO TRAIN SO I CAN KILL THOSE NISHA’S!”
“Timba Ian you watch
that mouth!” I scolded quickly as I looked to Ursa.
“I headed to get
them up this morning and both couldn’t even stand really.” I nodded as Ursa headed back to her own cub as
mine kept on fighting.
