I could hear Shanda cough as she walked into the living room this morning. I turned and looked at her. She was a little paled I walked over to her and felt her forehead.

“Your sick Shanda, go back to bed.” She shook her head no. Not wanting to put up with it, I picked her up and carried her back to her room, and laid her back in her bed. She sat up.

“Stay in your bed.” I told her sternly as I headed out the door, to get everyone’s breakfast together. As soon as they had eaten I took Shanda some soup.

“Shanda Kiri I told you to stay in your bed!”

“But I don’t want to!”

“You haven’t got a choice you ran off outside without a coat, or shoes and stayed out for a long while, and you got sick so your going to have to stay in bed, now get to it.” She sighed as she climbed into her bed again. Handing her food to her I headed out to play with the other children again.

“Mamma, shouldn’t we wait for Shanda to get better?”

“No I told you guys the other days that I would help you guys make these cookies, and she choose to run off because she wanted things to be selfish for a bit, so now she has to pay for it. We’ll do them anyways.”

“Hi Shanda!” I looked up to see who Kennie was talking to. I looked sternly at the little girl, as I walked over to her. Telling the other children that I would be right back and not to touch anything,

“Young Lady I thought I told you go stay in bed,” I scolded as I towed her back to her room, and put her back into her bed. I leaned in close to her, and made sure I had her attention this time.

“This is the last time I put you back in your bed, the next time you get out of it,” Her eyes widened as the threats of punishment were made. She nodded her understanding laid down as I headed back to take care of my other cubs.

A little later, I could hear Tanjia just falling down laughing, Walking into her room, I noticed Elliot as well as a couple of the others were in there. Elliot had dressed in both parts of Tanni’s underclothing and he had stripped completely and was wearing these. I smacked myself in the head watching this kid doing this, as he walked around strutting and saying some type of nonsense that was in some tongue that I didn’t  understand. The whole time he kept a hold of the top part of the underwear. I didn’t even want to know why he was doing this. But I got my answer anyways,

“Elliot!” I cried out through my hands “please go put your clothing back on, now!” I then turned to my second daughter, “Don’t let him do that again please.”

“I won’t Mamma,”

“Elliot funny!” Skyla said as I started to go out of the room and check on the other children. And to tell Darcy to come on in and get ready for bed.

“Yes, Sky but he was doing something that’s not a good idea. Your not suppose to run around without clothing on.”

“But he DID Elliot had TANNI’S on!”

“That’s not what I mean, you have to wear your OWN clothing!” I told her trying to make her understand what I had meant.
