A while back, Nick had decided he wanted to commission me to paint his Space Marine army. First I had to decide on a proper color scheme that would make his marines stand out on the battlefield like he wanted. Nick and I have long been talking about painting Space Marines orange. And here is my attempt and my start on painting his entire army. Hopefully I will have completed most of them by the end of summer 05. I like these models alot. This small battlegroup that is shown is nearly complete. Only the bases are unfinished. They really stand out when you look at them in person because of the heavy highlighting that I did on almost all edges of each model. It makes the orange jump out at you. |
