The refrigeration is controlled
and operated by four independent plants. As such any unit failure will not
effect the operation of the other units. The whole refrigeration is computerized
which ensure that the refrigeration will be operated efficiently. In addition,
electric generators in the event of power interruption back the refrigeration.
Our cold storage is located at Kompleks Selayang, Batu 8 ½, Jalan Ipoh, Batu
Caves, Selayang, 68100.
For your information, Kompleks
Selayang consists of 40 units of terrace shop/factory and a few detached
factories. Each unit of terrace shop/factory is 2 ½ level and measure 30’ x
80’. Both the 1st and 2nd level has road frontage and as
such ensuring efficient and convenient loading of goods. The ½ level measuring
30’ x 40’ is ideal for an office. Each terraced unit has a total floor space
of 6,000 sq ft. Independently the 1st level has 2,400 sq ft. with the
balance of 1 ½ level measuring 3,600 sq ft. As our associated company operates
the Kompleks we are also able to offer these space for rent varying from RM1.00
to RM1.50 per sq ft per month depending on the measuring of the unit. However,
rental rate is negotiable based on area required.
For your added information, the
Kompleks is an enclosed and secured area with security guards on 24 hours duty
daily including the entrance/exit. Visual/video monitoring and regular hourly
patrolling by guards is also provided to enhances the security.
