A. There will be an annual election of committee members
B. In case of a members withdrawal there must be called in for a extraordinary general meeting with in one month from the time the member withdrawals
C. The committee can at any time dissolve if 2/3 of the members agrees to do so
D. Members of the committee are elected once a year. The election is secret and the result will be made public.
E. All members has the right to sign up for the election
F. The committee has five members

The committee consist of:

1) Chairman
2) Deputy chairman
3) Treasurer
4) Activity staff
5) Cultural staff

Generalities:

A. The committee will meet once a month
B. The committee can call in for a meeting of emergency
C. The committee prepares the meetings agenda
D. The manner of election Will be prepared by the committee and presented for the general meeting by the chairman or his substitute
E. Any member can hand in a complaint to the committee
F. Any member can withdraw and hand in his or hears resignation to the chairman. After having explained the consequences of the withdrawal to the member, the chairman must appoint a new member after having consulted the committee.
G. If the chairman withdraw or dies, the deputy chairman will take over his place until the next general meeting takes place.
H. Every three months the treasurer must present a financial report for the committee
