A. The general meeting is the society�s highest authority
B. The society�s general meeting will take place every year in the beginning of May
C. Members can call for an extra ordinary general meeting if:

1) 1/3 of the members makes a request or
2) the committee decides to call for one
D. The society�s regulations can be changed if a majority of the members agrees to do so
E. Elections for the committee are secret and the results will be made public
F. In case of parity of votes the spokesman has two votes
G. Ordinary general meeting Will be called in by the committee by letter at least two weeks in advance
H. Suggestions should be send to the committee at least one week before the meeting takes place

Normal agenda for the general meeting:

a) Appointment of chairman
b) Chairman�s report
c) Presentation of the society�s accounts
d) Presentation of budget and stipulation of subscription
e) Election of committee members and substitutes
f) Appointment of accountant
