THE NAME SELA JUNEAU
The signs of an Advent, of a Second Coming, may be read from the signs of the apocalyptic disintegration of the world.
A distinctive chronology of the end-times events was presented in the book, "The Final Unveiling," in stark contrast to the churches' teachings; thus, the author states it was an unavoidable reality to use a pen name in furthering her mission. She reflects on this as she advances into the world of cyberspace.
Before I go any further with this website, let me explain why I have for many years used the pen name "Sela Juneau" in my writings. My third book, "The Bride's Letters To The Churches," explains the reason in the Introduction, as follows:
"Many years ago, while 'wrestling with the Spirit,' I was given the name, Sela Juneau. This name was to be used as a pen name in my writings if I ever felt uneasy about using my real name. Well, for a number of good reasons, I decided to use this spiritual name while undertaking the highly difficult task of writing letters to the churches."
Bear in mind the infinite God, who is above all the heavens and earth, cannot be manifested in person except by a divine human being which exists in Christ alone. This same Christ, as the transcendent Lord, the invisible Bridegroom, in a mystical experience, chose a bride, gave her a new name, and commanded her to write a book.
This was expressly foretold in John's Apocalypse. "What thou seest, write in a book." Further, it is the Spirit who empowers the bride as an instrument of divine purpose.
Now you might ask, where does it say in John's Apocalypse that the second coming would bring a new name for the person who has a new relationship with Christ? In a number of places:
Rev. 2:17 "He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches: To him that overcometh will I give to eat of the hidden manna, and will give him a white stone, and in the stone a new name written, which no man knoweth, saying he that receiveth it."
After the transcendental experience (near-death experience) that I describe in "Clothed With The Sun," I spent considerable time studying the Book of Revelation. This last book of the Bible was as thrilling a story as my own life and I applied myself to the words John wrote. Not only was I given a new name, in a way no man knoweth, but my life completely changed spiritually.
Rev. 3:12 "To him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is New Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name."
This is the promise that the Lord gives to special Christians in the last-day trials: those who overcome will be made pillars in God's spiritual temple which is the new Jerusalem. This new Jerusalem has no location on the map, but is reserved for those who overcome the sins and temptations of the world and enter into the New Kingdom. In reality, it is a new relationship with Christ.
Rev. 19:12 "His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself."
This chapter in Revelation correlates with the earlier chapters, and explanations are given in my books which reveal the deep hidden mysteries of the second coming. It takes many trials, tribulations and tests to meet our spiritual destiny and I have met every test with courage and stamina, as my writings reveal; but have taken very little credit for my success in completing my goals and commitment. I am always reminded that this was the Lord's doing, not my own. As I stated in my book:
"I OF MYSELF CAN DO NOTHING!" (Quoted from pg. 32, "The Bride's Letters To The Churches.")
"And this is the challenge. This is the commitment. You must give up your sense of humanness, even as I have, free yourself of those things pulling you down to a level lesser than you, and live with the purpose in mind to overcome the negative aspects of your life and become a new spiritual being."
Rev. 3:21 "And this is my promise; To him that overcometh, will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne!"
And this is God's promise! This is the consummation! You will sit with me in my throne — next to Jesus Christ! (Quotes from trilogy of books offered here.)
