Description |

Located at Haut-Langoiran, 25 km south-east of Bordeaux on the right bank of the garonne river, Tanesse enjoys an exceptionnal view over the vineyard hills, the nearby medieval castle and the garonne river. Haut-Langoiran is the original settlement that gave birth to the city of Langoiran. It comprises several estates with old dwelling houses surrounding a 12th century roman church.
Tanesse comprises several buildings on a piece of land structured in several levels : the wide front yard with lawns and old lime and plane trees, an Italian-style terrace with cypresses and pines, the swimming-pool in a closed flowered garden, the orchard with the cypress-lined alley. The property is closed with walls and low walls to the north and west and opens onto the vineyards on the southern and eastern sides. The Chartreuse is occupied by the owners, you will be staying in the annex. |

Looking onto the front yard, the annex is a renovated 17th century house. It enjoys nice views on the lawns and trees of the yard to the south and west and on the pool and surrounding garden to the back (east and north). It houses six people and comprises the

Living-room and kitchen : This wide room looks onto the front yard through two windows. It comprises the fully equiped kitchen (cooker with oven, fridge-freezer, microwave oven), a dining table for six, and a sitting area with a sofa, armchairs, TV set and Hi-fi. |

The bathroom has a window looking onto the garden and swimming pool. It is equipped with a shower, washbassin, toilets and a washing machine.
The house linen is provided.
