About Seido Juku Seido karate is a traditional Japanese style of karate, into which Kaicho Tadashi Nakamura is the founder and chairman of the World Seido Karate Organization. Juku Our goal is to develop in each student a 'nonquitting' spirit. No matter what the obstacle or difficulty -- emotional, physical, financial -- I want students to feel that, though they may be set back, they will never be overcome by any of these problems. This is a karate school for motivated men, women and children who are interested in improving themselves both physically and mentally. At Seido Karate, the competition is with yourself, not others. We provide you with the safe and supervised workout that provides an atmosphere that will allow you to realize your full potential for growth and achievement. |

Classes For Beginners: |

Upon starting, you attend classes for beginners. These
