Betty
SEEBER, 67, of Oliver Springs, died Thursday, Dec. 31, 1998, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mrs. SEEBER is survived by two daughters, Lillie A. Breeden of Mohawk and Carolyn R. Cox of Morristown; and four sons, Early L.
SEEBER, Larry L. SEEBER, James E. SEEBER and his wife, Charlene, and Hugh John SEEBER and his wife, Marie, all of Oliver Springs.
She is also survived by four sisters, Ilda Davis of Dayton, Ohio, Barbara J. Willoughby of Wyoming, and Fleda Wallace-Duff and Vivian Kunston, both of Lake City; and by four brothers, Doug Willoughby and Joe Willoughby, both of Manniway, Ohio, and Bob Willoughby and Minton Willoughby, both of Aurora, Ohio.
The funeral was held Saturday night, Jan. 2, 1999, in the chapel of Cox-Martin Funeral Home in Lake City with the Rev. Mural Phillips officiating.
Burial was Sunday, Jan. 3, at Byrge Cemetery in Lake City.

Laura Bell ELLIOTT

Laura Bell Elliott, 90, of Andersonville, died Friday, Jan. 15, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mrs. Elliott was one of the oldest members of Red Hill Baptist Church in Andersonville, where she had taught Sunday school and Bible school and had sung in the choir and played the piano all her adult life. Her family described her as a faithful servant of God and a loving mother and grandmother.
She was born in Anderson County on Sept. 5, 1908, the daughter of David and Arvilla Broyles.
Mrs. Elliott was a member of the American Association of Retired Persons and of the Water Aerobics Class at the Clinton Civic Center. She enjoyed crocheting, attending church, building the church library and being with her family.
She was the widow of Lawrence Elliott.  She is survived by four daughters, Margaret Wrasman and her husband, Gene, Mary Webber and her husband, Terry, Bessie
SEEBER and her husband, Dennis, and Barbara Deal and her husband, LaMarr.
Mrs. Elliott is also survived by 10 grandchildren, Greg Webber, Guy
SEEBER, Kendra SEEBER, Steve Reynolds and his wife, Felicia, Dennis Reynolds and his wife, Melissa, Stanley Reynolds and his wife, Debbie, Terry Webber Jr. and his wife, Sandy, Suzie Clayton and her husband, Kip, Kevin SEEBER and his wife, Lisa, and Angie Cox and her husband, James; and by 18 great-grandchildren.
Her son, Kenneth Elliott, and her sister, Mamie Gregg, died earlier.
The funeral was held Sunday night, Jan. 17, at Red Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Lonnie Dison and the Rev. David Seiber officiating.
A graveside service was held Monday morning, Jan. 18, at Red Hill Baptist Church Cemetery.
The family requests any memorials be in the form of donations to the Library Fund at Red Hill Baptist Church, Andersonville, TN 37705.
Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton handled arrangements.

Frank J. HANEY

Frank J. Haney, 76, of Clinton, died Tuesday, Feb. 23, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
A lifelong resident of this area, Mr. Haney was a member of Batley Baptist Church and enjoyed attending services, the family said.
Before becoming disabled in 1962, he worked at the Oak Ridge Hospital and for the Oak Ridge schools.
He was born in Anderson County on March 12, 1922, the son of Jake and Allie Brooks Haney. He was a U.S. Army veteran of World War II and received two Bronze Stars.
Mr. Haney is survived by his wife, Bonnie
SEEBER Haney; his son, Jesse Haney and his wife, Debbie, of Clinton; and by his grandson, Wayne Haney of Clinton.
His sister, Linda Hendricks, and five brothers, Lonas Haney, Tommy Haney, Oscar Haney, Johnny Haney and Emmett Haney, died earlier.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 25, at Batley Baptist Church with the Rev. Howard Robbins and the Rev. Luke Kidwell officiating.
Burial will follow at Batley Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 tonight, Feb. 24, at Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs.

Carson Mitchell, 47, of the Frost Bottom community of Anderson County, died Wednesday, June 2, 1999, at his home.
Mr. Mitchell was born Aug. 24, 1951, in Oliver Springs and had been a lifelong resident of the area.
He was a Baptist.
Mr. Mitchell had worked in construction before becoming disabled. He enjoyed fishing, hunting and four-wheeling, his family said.
He is survived by his mother, Gertrude
SEEBER Mitchell of Oliver Springs; three brothers, Ronson Mitchell, Kenny Lee Mitchell and Lloyd Oscar Mitchell and his wife, Nancy, all of Oliver Springs; four sisters, Geraldine Daugherty and her husband, Don, of Briceville, Patricia Louise Singleton and her husband, Raymond, and Vernice Hinkle and her husband, Ronnie, all of Oliver Springs, and Magdeline Guy and her husband, Paul Edward Guy Jr., of Aiken, S.C.; and by several nieces and nephews.
His father, Oscar Mitchell, is deceased.
The funeral will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, June 5, in the chapel of Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs with the Rev. Steve
SEIBER officiating.
Burial will follow at Black Oak Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6 to 8 tonight, June 4, at the funeral home.

Matthew L. Case, 21, of Clinton, died Friday, Sept. 17, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center of injuries sustained in an automobile accident.
Mr. Case was a 1996 graduate of Oliver Springs High School and had been attending Roane State Community College in Harriman. He worked as a model in the Knoxville area.
He was born in Knoxville on Dec. 15, 1977, the son of Randall L. and Mary Katherine "Kathy" Brown Case of Clinton, who survive him.
He was a member of Oliver Springs Church of Christ and participated in youth activities at the church. He enjoyed spending time with his family and friends. His family said his greatest asset was his outgoing personality and his ability to meet and communicate with people.
In addition to his parents, Mr. Case is survived by two sisters, Julie Beth Case of Clinton and Lori Williams and her husband, Steve, of Murfreesboro; his maternal grandparents, L.N. and Dortha Brown of Oliver Springs; his paternal grandparents, Herman Case of South Pittsburg, Tenn., and Georgia
SEEBER of Rossville, Ga.; and by numerous cousins.
The family received friends Sunday night, Sept. 19, at Sharp Funeral Home in Oliver Springs.
The funeral and graveside services were to be private.

Ernest Lou Carden, 77, of Clinton, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Miss Carden was a homemaker and a member of Bethel Baptist Church of the Bethel community of Clinton.
She was the daughter of Ernest Lincoln and Eliza Bell Webb Carden, who are deceased.
Miss Carden is survived by her sister, Margaret Carden of Clinton; three brothers, Everette Carden and his wife, Dorothy, of Heiskell, and Joe Carden and his wife, Mary Lou, and Bobby Carden and his wife, Mary Nell, all of Clinton; her sister-in-law, Evelyn Carden of Clinton; her brother-in-law, Earl
SEEBER of Andersonville; and by several nieces and nephews.
Another sister and brother, Grace
SEEBER and Billy B. Carden, died earlier.
A graveside service will be held at 1 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 17, at Bethel Cemetery in Clinton.
The family will receive friends from 7 to 9 tonight, Nov. 16, at Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Clinton.

SEEBER, 49, of Briceville, died Saturday, Dec. 11, 1999, at Methodist Medical Center of Oak Ridge.
Mr.
SEEBER was employed by Lockheed Martin Energy Systems Inc. as a chemical operator at the Oak Ridge plants. He was born in Anderson County on Feb. 13, 1950, the son of Fletcher and Launa Mitchell SEEBER, who are deceased.
Mr.
SEEBER was a member of Walden's View Missionary Baptist Church. His family described him as a loving husband, father and grandfather.
He is survived by his wife, Barbara Dugger
SEEBER; two daughters, Tracy SEEBER and Stacy Young and her husband, Bill, all of Briceville; his brother, Kenneth SEEBER and his wife, Penny, of Frost Bottom; and three sisters, Lorena Harness and her husband, Robert, of Frost Bottom, Rita Smith and her husband, Donald, of Dutch Valley and Ginger SEEBER of Andersonville.
Mr.
SEEBER is also survived by three grandchildren, Tyler, Logan and Allen; his father- and mother-in-law, Harold and Wanda Dugger of Briceville; three brothers-in-law, David Dugger and his wife, Tammy, and Doyle Dugger and his wife, Kim, all of Briceville, and Paul Dugger and his wife, Kathy, of Lake City; and by several nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, a brother, Fletcher SEEBER Jr., died earlier.
The funeral will be held at 8 tonight, Dec. 13, in the chapel of Holley-Gamble Funeral Home in Lake City with the Rev. David Goins and the Rev. Kenny Sharp officiating.
A graveside service will be held at 11 a.m. Tuesday, Dec. 14, at Frost Bottom Cemetery.
