SEIBER - 1800 CENSUS
(Partial listings)
In researching 1800 I did not find a Philip Seiber in PA.. Casper and Seibert are still in Berks County.  Have not found a Clark that others say was Philips brother. Also, have seen no Clark in Anderson County, TN except Clark B. Seivers who was born in 1830.  As for this Clark; some say he is son of John and Barbary but there is no male on the 1840 census with John. If someone has proof that Clark is from the Seiber line Id love to hear from you.

NOTE: No census exist for Anderson County, TN area for TN.  Anderson was formed in 1801 from Knox County.  Knox was formed in 1792 from Greene and Hawkins Counties.
