| When researching for Philip Seiber in MD I did not find him there. Each of Philip�s children that were in Anderson County, TN say that they were born in MD. However, I found a Philip in Berks County, PA. Researchers believe that Philip�s father was John Casper Seiber. I also found 2 Casper�s in Pennsylvania. I do not know if this is our Philip or his father but I will list all the Berks County census that I found. My understanding is that Philip brother's named Christian and Clark... I have a list of others in other counties but will not add them here.
