The eldest of the three Llangedai sisters,
gained the most in fame as well.
A confidant of Krysten Corwen,
who rose to General of the Shield.
Aenarion dePayens
One fine yesterday, this grizzled old knight you see knew youth,
Amazing as this should seem to any who care to behold him say 'forsooth'.
Those who recruited him could have been more impressed,
but gave him the chance to prove himself but did not regress.
After failing to prove himself as a skilful warrior,
he chose the spiritual path seeking the required advancement.
Faring better and serving as many squires,
he was given his heart's desires.
His career spans generalships of the Lance and Crown,
the Knighthood - he has never let it down.
It took him ages to fully train,
He swore he'd never do it again.
He'd say it took his two years to practice,
Me? I say four (and only with a dragon!) if I were tactless.
And though self-professed not as skilful with the blade as some,
he gave in service his other attributes as they may come.
Andriana Raytbor
After much success as a cleric of Nadrik,
she was granted her paladinhood.
A hot headed female plagued with ill discipline,
a fiery temper to match her hair.
Yet calculating skill on the battlefield,
with a special love for proving herself in duels.
Alistain LaFortinas
This dark souled paladin,
Was not worthy of his station.
And his shameful behaviour,
Brought no grace to his vocation.
He fell from good into evil,
Blaming others for his downfall.
An antipaladin faded away,
and few remained to mourn him.
Alonsus Faoul
A dramatic malcontent,
who rose to Colonel of the Shield,
Though stubbornly did stick it out,
to learn from his weaknesses.
Amberle
A red headed woman from elder days,
earned her paladinhood.
She was a charm to have around the Keep,
next to all those holy souls.
Arcana
A knight who was as outspoken as he was active in his duty for Gareth,
he was one of the most prolific warriors the Keep has ever seen.
His idiom was such that he would refuse to skulk and hide as other warriors,
though if this was by nobility or forgetfulness was the scope of much debate.
He caused great consternation for the powers-that-be in the olde guard,
and departed after much heated anger to the cold city of Nordmaar.
Amargein Morna
A prolific paladin and warrior of Gareth,
Who ensured that the land was safe for decent people.
Slew many a fell dark enemy,
to skewer them on a steeple.
Ayanami Rei
This bold clerist was close friends with Datai,
the two were seldom seen apart.
She gained her paladinhood,
And fought with all her heart.
Aynran Elsdragon
This prolific knight of arms,
Kept much evil at bay.
If there was a score to settle,
you’d wish him to follow your way.
Disappeared from Gareth’s view,
And rumour points to the Arkane underground.
For he had set up a tavern within its walls,
without paying off protection gold.
