| November 22, 2002 Re: Julie Alicia Seholm To whom it may concern: I am writing on behalf of Julie Seholm. Julie has been an intern with our Readiness to Learn Program at the Lynden School District for the past year. Julie has been a delight to have in our Program. She has been a big asset to the program as she has continued continuity with our Buddy Program and has been working alongside Big Brothers Big Sisters to help the program be successful. Julie has been confident in her internship role and takes the initiative to complete her tasks with minimal assistance and/or supervision. She exhibits responsibility and maturity in dealing with the different facets placed before her. Julie also enjoys working with young people and through her internship has been involved with diverse cultures. Julie displays kindness and sensitivity to others by her soft, caring attitude. Julie understands the role of building and maintaining relationships. Confidentiality is one of her strengths. Julie likes to be involved and has some creative ideas to enhance program development. She is eager to learn and wants to be the best that she can by participating and working alongside as a team players. Julie will reach her goals and will do well in her chosen field. Respectfully, Carole Kornelis FCS Coordinator/RN/PN |
