REPORTS & INFORMATION Generation of daily, weekly, biweekly, and monthly reports, according to your requirements. These reports also contain technical information and suggestions on how to improve the operation. Video- handy for film the operation and professionalphotographic camera ( conventional and digital camera) . We have notebooks, GPS Garmin 12 map, video conference, compass, binocular, etc. We have the necessary software (Linux and Microsoft): Field Design, Geotop, Shot- Pro, Pelton Vibra Sig, Arcview 3.2, Spring, Microsoft Office, StarOffice/Adabas, Project Manager, SegYView and SEISVU. We generate a database - file number, shot point number, shot point coordinates, vertical time, comments, hole number, charge, depth, active channels, etc. - for each shot point.
DATA QUALITY CONTROL
Monitors , instrument test, field processing and production time : Daily quality control of geometry, trace editing of the field monitors, daily instrument test, cable, radio,or force meter similarities of the vibrators, blaster & up- hole time test for dynamite. QC of weekly and monthly instrument test, and rotation & testing of line equipment. Production checked against plan map. QC of refraction/ up hole calculations and plots, line positioning, fold, azimuth and offset. In all cases daily production is checked against contract specs and normal QC standards.
Production count: We offer permanent and detailed control of the shots billed by the contractor to ensure that they were shot and billed correctly. We make the entire administration of payments easier.
Processing center supervision : Location, organization, and evaluation of previous seismic projects in the work area.Consulting for the bidding and contract with the processing center, consulting for parameter selection, QC of the processing, periodic reports, liaison between the field crew and processing center to guarantee complete information exchange. QC of processed records.

Safety and Environmental Impact We check all aspects of crew safety, including vehicle maintenance, seat belts, vehicle speed control, fire extinguishers, brakes, lights, all other machines ( up- hole, etc. ) safety equipment; base camp safety, emergency exits, contingency plans, doctors, ambulance, medical and paramedical service in the field; personal safety equipment (boots, helmet, gloves, goggles) , safety meetings & training. At startup we will do a general OSHA- style audit of safety equipment & programs. We will also create rules for clean operations, to minimize environmental impact, all within the norms of the International Environmental Rules. We also provide reports for safety and environmental progress on the crew.
Requirements
An office in the contractor base-camp, in order to keep better control of the crew and fix problems quickly and to keep good relations with the contractor.
A phone line to communicate via fax or internet (email, video conference).
Radios in our vehicles which operate on the same channels as the contractor.
One vehicle provided by you or the contractor. Maintenance and fuel must be provided by you or the contractor.
A signed contract which defines payment for our services, and our responsibility.
