Hello, My name is Nathan Hoffman and I live in Peoria, IL. My dad took this picture of me standing on a rock and eating an apple on an island in the middle of Lake Dillon in Frisco, Colorado. I'm not sure what else to put on this website, but if you have any suggestions, e-mail me at: [email protected]. Sign my guestbook while you're here!

Foolish Argument: God is said to be like the sun, but the sun has a hole in it. Therefore the sun isn't perfect. Therefore God isn't perfect. Therefore God's not real. Answer: The Bible says that God is perfect in holiness. Besides, what good would a lifesaver be to a drowning soul if a lifesaver had no hole? Jesus is the sun, he's the son of God. But the reason he has a hole is not because of his imperfection, but rather, the bible says that "he was pierced for our transgressions."

Foolish Argument: If God is all-powerful, then can he make a rock that's so big that he can't pick it up? If he can't, then he's not all-powerful. Answer: If God made a rock as big as Jupiter then there would be no gravity to pull it down. It would just float in outer-space and there would be no need to pick it up. God does not need to pick up rocks. All he has to do is just say the word and the rocks obey him.
