Syntax: WAXLIST.
Type WAXLIST to list the waxes in your possession, the people they bear the
consciousness of, and the number of bondings you have attained.

Syntax: IMAGE PIERCE.
Rubs: 5 minimum.
Sticks your finger nails into the body of the waxen figure. It results in loss
of health and often in physical diseases. The health loss is one fifth of the
target's maximum health.

Type MOULD WAX to mould a piece of wax which you wield into a blank waxen
image ready for mystic bonding against a target. You need to be on full
health and mana to achieve it.

Syntax: IMAGE BLEED.
Rubs: 10 minimum. Costs 2 bonds.
Performing this action opens up wounds all over the body of your waxen image.
Bleeding is increased by one twentieth of their maximum health.

Syntax: IMAGE CRUSH.
Rubs: 6 minimum.
Presses your thumb-nails against the head of the waxen image and causes damage
to the head and therefore results in mana loss. The mana loss is one fifth of
the target's maximum mana.

Syntax: PUPPET CURSE <puppet> <target> <curse>.
Mana: 20.
Enables you to issue curses (using the skill of Fatalism) through your puppet.
The target must be in the presence of the puppet. Type AB FATALISM for a list
of the curses you know.
Syntax: IMAGE CURSE <curse>.
Rubs: 20 minimums.
Projects curses through a waxen image, so that they will be felt by the poor
soul held within your mystic wax.

Syntax: IMAGE SHROUD.
Rubs: 15 minimum.
Shrouds the person held by your waxen image with a shield against being
scented or located.

Syntax: IMAGE DULLSENSE.
Rubs: 30 minimum.
Strips the image held by your mystic wax of sight, hearing, and any form of
innersight and sixth sense.

Syntax: IMAGE NIMBUS.
Rubs: 25 minimum.
The nimbus disrupts candescent and spiritual defences, whisking them away from
the person held within your waxen image.

Syntax: IMAGE LOOK.
Rubs: 3 minimum.
Looks through the eyes of the waxen figure.
Syntax: PUPPET LOOK <puppet>.
Mana: 5.
Looks through the eyes of your puppet, to survey its surroundings.

Syntax: IMAGE RELAXATION.
Rubs: 10 minimum.
Relaxes certain defences brought into being by an individual - the most
important of which relaxes the mystic barrier against curses.

Syntax: IMAGE HUMAN.
Rubs: 22 minimum.
Forces the image held within your mystic wax to assume human form, and lose
all inhuman defences.

Syntax: IMAGE BURN.
Rubs: 40 minimum.
Assuming that you have access to fire this command will throw the waxen image
into the fire. The wax will burn away and cause instant death to the poor
soul.

Syntax: IMAGE CRIPPLE.
Rubs: 4 minimum.
Twists the legs of the waxen image so that the person is partially crippled
and will find movement difficult.

Syntax: IMAGE TRUECRIPPLE.
Rubs: 15 minimum.
Twists the legs and arms of the waxen image thereby crippling whoever is
represented by the figure. This prevents all movement.

Syntax: Image Will.
Requires: 10 bonds.
Forces the image held by your wax to issue the command as you have dictated.

Syntax: IMAGE DUMB.
Requires: 10 bonds.
Rubs away the mouth on a waxen image, causing the victim's tongue to cease to
work.

Syntax: IMAGE PROTECTION.
Rubs: 250 minimum. It costs 200 bonds.
Bestows the gift of divine protection on the target of your waxen image.

Syntax: Image Meld.
Requires: 30 bonds.
Allows you to meld with the mind of the person on your target wax and to watch
commands as they enter them, to watch their actions and their thoughts.

Syntax: IMAGE WHIRL.
Rubs: 30 minimum.
Twirls the target of your waxen image around, so that they are forced to lose
their entourage.

Syntax: IMAGE REVIVE.
Rubs: 10 minimum. It costs 2 bonds.
Revives the image reflection of paralysis, stun, crippling and sleep.

Syntax: IMAGE DISGUISE <disguise>.
Rubs: 10 minimum. It costs 2 bonds.
Disguises your image, and therefore the image reflection, with an illusionary
form.

Syntax: PUPPET CREATE.
Mana: 0.
Creates a puppet from the basic components; a waxen image, four pieces of
cotton, four pieces of rope, and four pieces of wood. You must be holding all
of them when you issue the PUPPET CREATE command. Ensure that you are not
holding more than four of the basic components, else the creation will use
all of your commodities and spare none for future use.

Syntax: PUPPET ANIMATE <puppet>.
Mana: 0.
Animates a puppet so that it can move of its own accord. Your creation will
have little prowess in battle, though, for it is made of wood and cotton; you
will have to be careful lest it be slain by its foes.

Syntax: PUPPET ESSENCE <puppet>.
Mana: 500.
Bestows upon your puppet the ability to, as a reflex, issue magical attacks
and defences. You should be warned, though, that your puppet slave will not
be particularly proficient in the magical arts.

Syntax: PUPPET FOLLOW <puppet> <player>.
Mana: 30.
Order your puppet to intuitively follow a target around, making it easy to
attack them while they are running about.

Syntax: PUPPET MOVE <puppet> <direction>.
Mana: 0.
Moves your puppet immediately in a specific direction.

Syntax: PUPPET SEARCH.

Searches out and lists all puppets loyal to you in Avalon, and their
whereabouts.

Syntax: PUPPET RETURN <puppet>.

Returns your puppet to your presence.

Syntax: PUPPET BECOME <puppet>.

Assumes directly the consciousness of a puppet, so that all commands you type
go directly to the puppet you have become. You may issue all of the puppet
commands without the word PUPPET and without specifying a puppet number, e.g.
HANDBURN AMMON or CURSE ESHKADETH CLUMSINESS. Type RELAX to break out of a
bonding with a puppet. Instead of entering PUPPET MOVE, you may also enter
compass directions to move your puppet around.

Cloaks your puppet in invisibility, making it much more difficult to discern
or follow.

Syntax: PUPPET HARDEN <puppet>.
Mana: 50.
Increases the strength of your puppet and makes it more potent in battle. Once
per puppet only.

Syntax: PUPPET PENTACLE <puppet>.
Mana: 0.
Causes your puppet to sketch out a pentacle about its form, protecting it from
much magical attack - until nullified.

Syntax: PUPPET BOND <puppet> <target>.
Mana: 30.
Bonds a waxen image through your puppet, gradually increasing the number of
bonds of your enemy. Unlike Farsight, which is restricted in the number of
bonds that can be made, your mystic bonding is not limited. There is only a
one in three chance that the target is made aware they are being bonded.

Syntax: PUPPET SLEEP <puppet> <target>.
Mana: 45.
If successful, sends your target into a deep slumber. They will have to wake
from the slumber to do anything, so sending them to sleep is often a useful
restraining tactic.

Syntax: PUPPET IMAGE <puppet> <disguise>.

Shrouds your puppet in an illusionary image of another item or creature,
disguising it from prying eyes.

Syntax: PUPPET WEB <puppet> <target>.
Mana: 30.
Casts a web of restraint at a target in the presence of your puppet. Webs must
be broken away from before the target is able to move again.

Syntax: PUPPET SEEK <puppet> <sentient>.

While standing outside, this command will order your puppet to seek out the
sentient target. The puppet will be able to find them almost instantly if
your target is not hiding indoors, and is within the same area. When used in
conjunction with a seeing stone focussed directly on an outdoor target the
puppet will travese directly to the target.
