Provided the recipiant of the curse is asleep, they will receive a nightmare
containing the text you enter after the curse.
DREAMS: (costs 5 mana)

Provided the recipient is asleep, they will receive a dream which is worded by
<text>.
EMPATHY : (costs 300 mana) Syntax : BLESS

This allows a recipient, who is unable to use demons or spirits because they
have lost their empathy, to once again regain their spiritual empathy and be
able to use these etherial beings once again.
EVILEYE: (costs 20 mana) Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> EVILEYE
This afflicts the recipient with bad luck and ill health in all battles. The
effects are permanent until removed.
BRIGHTEYE : (costs 35 mana) Syntax : BLESS

This removes the effects of an EVILEYE curse. When you bless yourself and you
are on full health, the brighteye blessing sends you unconscious briefly and
restores all lost mana. It is not effective while protected or pacifist. The
brighteye blessing is interferred with by a few enchantments, such as the
Mage Power ritual.

This causes the recipient to have general bad luck and misfortune. The effects
are permanent until removed.

Once afflicted with this curse, the recipient will find making money much
harder than normal. The recipient will find they are loosing money each time
they find or make any. The effects of this curse are permanent until removed.
WEALTH : (costs 60 mana) Syntax
: BLESS <sentient> WEALTH
This blessing removes the frustrating effects of a POVERTY curse.
AMNESIA: (costs 100 mana) Syntax :
CURSE <sentient> AMNESIA
This curse is most useful against magic-users. It causes them to frequently
forget chants and mess up spell casting. The effects are permanent until
removed.
MEMORY : (costs 200 mana) Syntax :
BLESS <sentient> MEMORY
This blessing restores memory to a person cursed with AMNESIA, by removing the
curse.
CLUMSINESS: (costs 200 mana) Syntax : CURSE

This causes the recipient to frequently trip up, and their dextrous abilities
are greatly reduced. It also makes actions like dancing simply impossible to
get right. The effects of this curse are permanent until removed.

This will remove the effects of a CLUMSINESS curse, returning effective use of
weapons and dancing.
HAEMOPHILIA: (costs 500 mana) Syntax : CURSE <sentient>
HAEMOPHILIA
This is more of a disease than a curse. If afflicted with this disease,
bleeding wounds will never heal on their own. After a nasty fight, the
recipient could easily die of bleeding if not cured. Once afflicted with this
disease it will plague the recipient forever until removed.

This will cure a person of the terrible disease of HAEMOPHILIA. Their wounds
will from then on clot normally.
CONFUSION: (costs 400 mana) Syntax : CURSE

This curse is the bane of all charmers. It causes all magics to be forgotten,
and the recipient is unble to chant any spells until this curse is removed.
It is a far more potent version of amnesia. The effects are permanent until
removed.
SHARPNESS : (costs 350 mana) Syntax : BLESS
<sentient> SHARPNESS
This blessing removes the magic-crippling effects of a CONFUSION curse,
restoring perfect clarity to the mind.
TAPEWORM : (costs 50 mana) Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> TAPEWORM
The tapeworm is devillish animal which resides in the human body. It makes its
host require four times the normal food to remain satiated.
HEART : (costs 300 mana) Syntax
: BLESS <sentient> HEART
This cures removes the terrible affliction of 'Black Heart'. Black Heart
prevents the afflicted from casting any spells that are not evil in
alignment.
STUPIDITY: (costs 300 mana)

The curse of stupidity dulls the instincts most people take for granted.
Stupidity will scramble your target's ability to make snap decisions, they
may panic, and make a futile last stand where flight is the only realistic
option.

Curiosity is a blessing which reverses the curse of stupidity.
DUNCE : (costs 250 mana)
Syntax :
CURSE <sentient> DUNCE
The curse of dunce removes intellectual curiosity, making learning and
teaching impossible until cured.
INTELLIGENCE: (costs 300 mana) Syntax : BLESS

Intelligence removes the curse of dune - it retores intellectual curiosity and
pride.
INSOMNIA : (costs 100 mana) Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> INSOMNIA
Insomnia is the inability to go to sleep - making the mind always active with
thoughts even when sleep is required.
SLEEPING: (costs 300 mana)
Syntax : BLESS

Sleeping removes the curse of insomnia and returns the ability to sleep again.

Anorexia prevents the poor victim from being able to eat or drink anything.

Bulimia, though it may sound rather drastic, is an effective cure for the
curse of anorexia. Cursing a target without anorexia will give them violent
stomach cramps and vomitting, similar to the grimleaf poison.
INTOLERANCE: (costs 80 mana)

<sentient> INTOLERANCE
Makes the victim intolerent to the company of a loyal entourage, insulting
them, abusing them, and sometimes even attacking them.
GENEROSITY: (costs 80 mana)
Syntax : BLESS
<sentient> GENEROSITY.
This blessing renders your target capable of tolerating loyal friends and
allies once again. It reverses the intolerance curse.
SLOTHFUL : (costs 250 mana) Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> SLOTHFUL
Slothfulness causes delayed action as if the target is moving in slow motion.
The curse lasts for eight seconds, and so must be timed expertly.
PARASITE: (costs 140 mana)
Syntax :

Makes the victim an unwilling parasite to his allies and friends, sapping mana
and health from them.
INDEPENDENCE: (costs 100 mana) Syntax
: BLESS <sentient> INDEPENDENCE.
The independence blessing removes the curse of parasite, allowing the target
to interact freely with his peers once again.
CLAUSTROPHOBIA : (costs 100 mana) Syntax : CURSE <sentient>

Claustrophobia is fear of confined spaces. It will effect anybody cursed with
it whenever they go under cover.
CALMNESS: (costs 300 mana)

Calmness cures the fear of confined spaces and the curse of claustrophobia.
PESSIMISM: (costs 150 mana)
Syntax : CURSE
<sentient> PESSIMISM
Shrouds the victim's mind in pessimism and depression. They feel it worthless
to heal and sleep away injury.
OPTIMISM: (costs 200 mana)

BLESS <sentient> OPTIMISM.
The curse of pessimism can be easily reversed by a quick blessing of optimism.
BLACKDEATH: (costs 100 mana) Syntax : CURSE
<sentient> BLACKDEATH
This afflicts the poor recipient with the terrible disease of Blackdeath. It
causes them to have frequent fits of bloody coughing, causing a steady loss
in health. This disease will wear off after a long period of time however.
VITALITY : (costs 400 mana) Syntax : BLESS
<sentient> VITALITY
This blessing causes a sleepy recipient to feel more refreshed, and also cures
certain ailments and diseases. You may have to do it a few times to fully
refresh somebody of tiredness.
SHIMMERING: (costs 250 mana)
Syntax : CURSE
<sentient> SHIMMERING
Slowly disperses the physical form of the sentient until they lack solid form
and exist as a shimmering mist. It can only be issued face to face.
VERTIGO: (costs 200 mana)
Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> VERTIGO
Vertigo is fear of heights and this curse gives vertigo to an unsuspecting
victim. Vertigo will render the victim unable to go up, and force them to
cease levitating for fear of falling.
HEIGHTS: (costs 375 mana)
Syntax
: BLESS <sentient> HEIGHTS.
Fear of heights is a common affliction, and blessing your friend this way will
remove their vertigo.
UGLINESS : (costs 50 mana) Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> UGLINESS
Ugliness is a twofold disease - not only is it a curse on its recipient to
look horrible, but also those nearby will lose health and mana through his
body odour and disgusting features.
PARANOIA: (costs 65 mana)
Syntax
: CURSE <sentient> PARANOIA
Cursing a victim with paranoia will befuddle their mind with images of their
impending death, most commonly attack via fatal poisons and such like.
JOVIALITY: (costs 350 mana)
Syntax : BLESS
<sentient> JOVIALITY.
Once paranoia has set in, life can be very confusing for a poor mortal, and yu
may relieve their tension by blessing them with joviality and removing the
curse.
DIZZINESS : (costs 250 mana) Syntax :
CURSE <sentient> DIZZINESS
Dizzines effects the sense of direction of the target making movement
difficult.
QUIXOTISM: (costs 100 mana)
Syntax : CURSE
<sentient> QUIXOTISM
Quixotism is the inability to recognise defeat in battle and flee. It is a
particularly effective curse against those who use flight to run from battle,
but can also be used as a defence against girdling rituals.
AWARENESS: (costs 500 mana)
Syntax : BLESS
<sentient> AWARENESS.
The blessing of awareness removes the curse of quixotism (inability to flee
from battle).
PLAGUE : (costs 200 mana)
Syntax : CURSE <sentient> PLAGUE
Plague is a hidden disease which eats away at its target. For months it will
develop unknown until finally revealing itself when a cure is no longer
possible. Even death does not release the recipient from being plagued.
Bestowing plague on another has a side-effect; you get it yourself.
INSANITY: (costs 400 mana)
Syntax :
CURSE <sentient> INSANITY
Insanity is a triad of curses in one single utterance, giving the victim
quixotism, paranoia and pessimism in one fell swoop.
Syntax: CURSE <target> BREAKBARRIER. Costs:
200 mana.
The ultimate fatalism curse is perhaps the most important - it shatters the
mystic barrier which those skills in Chivalry, Necromancy and Music can
create. Breakbarrier curse only works face to face.
