| Name:DragonballZ Suupaa Butoden Release Date:1993 Publisher:Bandai System:Super Famicom Review:Well,well,well.....the first Suupaa Butoden.If you played the other Suupaa Butoden then you'll most likely be dissipointed.Though this is not the best game ever it's not the worst either.The music isn't half bad but it's not great.The characters are pretty small but the graphics can be worst but they can be better....the controls are hard to figure out kinda and you can't charge your ki but you can however fly.This is the game that started the DBZ fighting craze so you gotta give it some credit.This game is pretty damn slow so you probaly won't like that.The slow game play is what makes the story mode so hard.If you ask me that totally sucks.Oh....what the hell?It's the game that started the DBZ fighting craze so go bye it.Oh yeah...it's not that rare so you can probaly find it at a good price. Next Game: Name:DragonballZ Suupaa Butoden 2 Release Date:1993 Publisher:Bandai System:Super Famicom Review:This is my favorite DBZ game ever!Ok....some of you are probaly like "What?!Hyper Dimension is way better!"Well....I don't care!I love this game.All the flaws in Butoden 1 was fixed Music,game play,graphics,everything!This game isn't as good as Hyper Dimension but I don't care I like it better for some reason or another.OK....the story mode is a bit to easy but that gives some first time gamers a chance.After you mastered this story mode go try Butoden 1's it's so much harder because of the slow game play.When you people play this game you'll be like "What?!No Goku?"Well don't worry your little minds 'cause Goku as well as Broli are secret characters which makes getting your oh so important Goku a challange.AHAHA!!Some other cool things about this game is that Cell Jr. is in it even though he sucks he's still there and that's cool.And that there's finally some ki charging going on.And yes...you can still fly.As you can see from this little review of mine that Butoden 2 is one kick ass game! Next Game: Name:DragonballZ Suupaa Butoden 3 Release Date:1994 Publisher:Bandai System:Super Famicom Review:After Butoden 2 I thought it could only get better but,I was wrong.As soon as I turned on this game I was like "What?No story mode?Well....there's faster ki charging and you can now fly in the same screen as your opponent which are welcome changes.But.....NO STORY MODE?Arhhhh!Other then that this is Butoden 2 with different characters.Another thing other then that is that all the battle areas are just one place day and night and that's totally cheap. Characters:Goku,Majin Vegeta,Chibi Trunks,Goten,Gohan,#18,Dabura,Majin Buu,Kaioshin and Future Trunks as a hidden character. Back Next |
