as i look unto this world
i look and i see many things
life and love and Universe
all were once just mysteries
the Universe i see now everyday
learn in class the laws obeyed
everything ordered yet in chaos
energy matter all we are
then there’s love this i have found
hit me once one stormy day
looking out through all that rain
all i saw was just one face
this one thing no one can learn
it burns inside you all the time
never leaving fills your mind
i’ll do anything you know
just a smile out of you
makes me forget you’re far away
take that frown clean off your face
it will disappear you know

this world is formed in chaos
love is so much the same
never ordered never structure
just a randomness inside
burning towards its release
no wall to big
no storm to great
to be with you

this Universe it is to me
one of the great mysteries
yet nothing comes close to compare
to this thing that we call life
what is life for do we know
to truely live i’ve never known

but life remains a mystery
