aliens took over the earth, million years ago
changing the genetic codes, of monkeys into man
adding wings to horses and, making chimeras
soon their ship was refueled and, they returned to the stars
everywhere we go we wonder, where did we come from
did god create adam and eve, or just smart monkeys
was it a big comet or, did water start it all
if we knew the answer would it, change the way we are

the origins of man are mysterious
no one knows for sure
did the aliens come and make us
or did we evolve
will we ever know the truth
will it be revealed
