Do not send details about your grow or any other revealing information with your order.
Use the same address on the outside(return address) of the envelope that you use for your shipping information. Should your order for some reason be undeliverable,you would want to get it back. We have a returned letter link for incomplete orders, check here if your order hasn't arrived within 2 weeks.
