| Before you email us please check our FAQ section below in case it may already answer your question : Q: Do you ship to "your location here"? A: We ship worldwide. Q: How long does delivery take? A: Average is 10 to 12 days in N. America. 2 weeks outside of that. This is from the time you send your letter. Time may vary depending on where you live and the efficiency of the postal service. Delivery time can be cut in half or less when using online payment and/or Express Delivery service. Q: Where is my order? A: Before you email us, please check here in case your order may have been returned. Click here to view our policy on missing orders. We can only answer this question if you have included your initials, city, state, date posted and item codes ordered. Please make sure you include these details so we can send you any information we have about your order. Q: Can you email me when my order is shipped? A: Yes, but only if you include your email address in your letter. If you do not, you will have to check with us 10 days after sending your order. Email us and include the details we asked for above. Q: I have not received an email response from you? A: Our email responses do get returned to us every now and then, please make sure your email settings are correct and that you have tested your email. If you do not hear back from us after 7 days, this is the reason. Try emailing us back after you have corrected this problem or by getting another email address from free email servers such as mailcity, mauimail, excite or cannabisworld.every1.net. Q: How long before you ship my order once you get it? A: We ship the same day we get your order. With the exception if your order arrives after 2:00 pm EST, on the weekend or during a holiday when the postal system is closed. Q: What are the chances of my order getting to me? A: Our success rate is 99.9%, those are very good odds in your favor. Q: How do I know I will get what I pay for? A: In truth, you don't. We have proven to our existing clients that we are dependable, given the chance we would like to prove the same to you as well. Q: Can I send Express mail or Overnight? A: No, do not use these services to the address we have listed. We have an alternate address for this so let us know if you want to use these services before you send your order. Q: Can you send Express mail or Overnight? A: Only in Canada can we send overnight and in both US and Canada we can use Express service. There is an additional cost to this which is calculated in your order if you are using the shopping cart. If you can't use the shopping cart, please add $5 for each item ordered and put a notice in your letter "Ship by Express Mail". For overnight in Canada, please include $20 for the entire order and put a notice in your letter "Ship by Overnight". Q: Do I have to sign for Overnight or Express delivery? A: Only overnight delivery needs a signature and someone should be home to receive it the next day. If your order arrives on a Friday, your order can only be delivered the following Monday. Express delivery does not require a signature. Q: Do you accept "your country" currency? A: Our prices are in Canadian funds and we only accept currency in US or Canadian. Canadian funds must have the exchange rate added on. Q: What type of money order do I need and where can I get it? A: Any international money order in US funds will work. Money orders can be bought at most banks and post offices. You can also find them (usually cheaper) at a Western Union office, convenience store or grocery stores. Only at the post office do you need to state it's international (pink, not green in color), all other money orders are fine and need not be specified as international. |
