A great Ministry for a couple.
We
need to recruit more Marriage Ministry Couples for the Unitas Marriage Ministry Couples
In this day and age of divorce this is a very important
ministry.
One of the great advantages of this ministry is that a
couple can do this together and your own marriage will benefit from being
involved in this marriage program.
The qualities the couple need;
They do not have to be saints or be perfect.
The main
qualities are faith and being a practicing Catholics
and
having a relatively successful marriage
and are
willing to share from their hearts.
They
may be married five years or more.
And it
is best if they are not involved in too many other things.
The
program needs;
The presenting
couples give a talk, share from their hearts their faith and experience of
their marriage. They give the talk and facilitate the session five times a year
following the principles of the manual and couples book.
The table
couples work with from 2-3 couples at a table facilitating discussions and
sharing from their hearts their faith and experience of marriage for all seven
sessions. They
provide continuity for the program with the engaged couples.
Training:
We ask them to read the manual and watch the training
videos.
We ask
them to attend and participate in the seven sessions of the Unitas
Program.
And
their experience of the program will be processed.
Programs
will be beginning July 10, August 28 and October 16. 2008
